Poor to the extent it got all turned around and confusing...ruined it for us

Great chance to relax, enjoy great food and entertainment without the need to fill every minute with activity. Many options were available if you wanted to take them for both partying and quiet activities.

We really had a great time. I was celebrating my 50th birthday with family and friends and everything was just great.

Terrible. Norwegian needs to hire a consultant to help them turn the Star experience around.

My first time cruising in the Pacific and enjoyed it very much. We had taken Royal Caribbean the last two trips because so many people told us it was better. We are back with Carnival to stay! So much more fun and we enjoy the dining options more. Would like to see a little more serving staff to avoid longer waits when serving food.

Overall a great experience! Especially on a less than warm weekend :) Lots of onboard activities helped keep us occupied.

For first time cruisers, we really enjoyed the entire experience. This is another option for a weekend getaway. We will definitely go on another one.

I do not have a lot of cruise experience, but everyone on the crew makes it seem like you are the only customers they have EVER had and you are so important.

This cruise was really good for the price. The ship was a little smaller than I am used to, and had less amenities, but for five days, it was good.

VERY POOR - CASINO machine does not work and Casino staff does not give a damn.

We were looking for a relaxing cruise and this fit our bill. We had the dining package and the beverage package. We really enjoyed the staff and the food. We would do the cruise again.

I would totally recommend this cruise to anyone and I can't wait to do it again in a couple of years!!!! Norwegian is the best!!!!!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!!!!!

the food was very poor same every day also I understand you need to keep the price down and the display of the food not that great however I think the steak house was great you need more of this kind of restaurants

I waited in lines at all of the ship bars, which were were under staffed.
