Overall the cruise was great! My cheap cruises representative Genny, in addition to every rep I spoke with were nothing short of amazing!! We enjoyed several on shore excursions which made our trip extra special!

Customer service, pleasant, warm and personable staff is what will make or break the experience. We had exposure to an exceptional group of service people.

This was the 1st cruise for my mom and aunt. They had an amazing time. I would like to thank Rustman, Igor, Min Ko, Seon and Aldin. They made our trip such an amazing experience. My mom and aunt are ready for cruise #2.

This was our entire groups first time on a cruise. We were celebrating my brothers 30th birthday. It was an amazing time!

We had a great relaxing time. I would of like better food and drinks; maybe, one free/included alcoholic drink with an adult ticket.

Very disappointing as last year was on the Imagination and everything was great which is why we did the cruise again. I guess different ship different quality of staff. Even the severs In the buffet didn't seem to want to be there.

A relaxing and refreshing getaway. Although I was a little disappointed in the food this time, and would have liked to have taken a more exotic cruise, this cruise was wonderful for a relaxing getaway with my wife. I was not prepared for the cruise to end, and was very disappointed when it was over. The staff and service was outstanding!

The crew were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were having a good time and all our needs were met. The ship was very clean and it was evident that the crew works very hard to keep all areas neat and clean. Shout out to Matey who we thought was a great entertainment director. The shows and comedy acts were great! Also a shout out to our stateroom steward Kadek for his attention to details and good customer service. Cheerio!

I have nothing negative to say about our cruise. I loved everything...the food, our room, the staff and crew, the food, the shows and entertainment, the food, bingo, excursions, the ports of call, oh and did I mention the food? Seriously, all and everything you could possibly want to eat all day everyday and the nightly diners were amazing and wonderful wait staff. Very pleased with our first cruise experience and can't wait to go again!

This cruise experience has opened me up to whole new world - cruisin'!!! I am already in the process of planning my next cruise and have only been back 4 days. I am going to try one of Carnival's newer ships, as the Splendor is ready to be put out to pasture. I still enjoyed it though and the crew and everyone aboard makes sure that you have a good time.

Overall, the staff, itinerary, food, and everything beyond that including the ports were amazing. Some things that my family and I have to include on the side are some of the staff that we crossed paths with and that were really helpful. For example, Mirza Skandro, a salesman was really helpful and patient in showing my family and I the merchandise. We really did purchase a lot from them. If you find yourself in the fifth floor, you will attract yourself to all of the beautiful merchandise at a great value for you. Also, we can’t forget about our lovely stateroom steward, Rodelyn. She was absolutely wonderful. The list goes on because you will feel very welcomed and everyone is very nice and helpful. The music is so lively, and if you find yourself in the Latin dance floor, Roque and Sergio are totally awesome Dominican Republic musicians who deserve all of my respect. Thank you carnival cruise for an amazing vacation, we will sure consider cruising with you guys again. !!!

The service was amazing! My son has multiple food allergies and they made fresh meals for breakfast lunch and dinner every day! I have already booked the next one!

I do not feel safe due to an incident happened to my child. She’s got a black eye from bumping her face on the glass (one that has metal) on top of the food at Cabana’s buffet. This was our first family cruise and it was stressful for a mom like me after all the inconvinience.

We had a blast. Lots of fun activities on the ship. The comedian was awesome. Food was great on the Lido deck. The dinning room was just OK. We had cold food every night and it took forever to get it. We also had an issue with our bed constantly coming apart...made the hubby cranky because he did not sleep well. Other than that we had a blast.

First time cruisers. Was pleasantly surprised about most of the crew being awesome.

My room sucked. I was in R244 and the two rooms across from me where brin renivated. Had machines on all day and night, loud employees, noisy. No sleep

This was our first cruise with Carnival. We enjoyed our cruise, but comparing it to our other cruises we realized it was geared for the young under 50 group.
