a WONDERFUL Catalina & Ensenda Cruise, Loved Catalina would do it again, not sure about Mexico.

Review summary

This was our first cruise with Carnival. We enjoyed our cruise, but comparing it to our other cruises we realized it was geared for the young under 50 group.

Charles and his team were excellent in the Pride Dining Room. Loved the singing & dancing by the Service Team, especially the last night.

Onboard Activities

Habrosco Games & Newlywed game were fun & enjoyed. Enjoyed the Piano Man in the Piano Lounge. Except for his neg comments about "Sweet Caroline". If he did not to sing it take it off the song list. We love Neil Diamond.

Entertainment

The singing groups in the Atrium were excellent, we enjoyed just listening to them. The shows were not are bag. They were excellent singers and dancers, but not the music we listen too.

Sebastian was are room steward, we love the towel animals. We couldn't wait too get back to our rooms to see what new towel animal was on our bed.

I was borned and raised in Southern Calif, but never went to Catalina island. We loved it, what a peaceful place to live. I would go back again.

Ensenada, Mexico

Our tour guide was Valeria and bus driver was Felix, both were pleasant and we enjoyed our tour of Ensenda. It was very difficult to walk down the short road to see the Blow hole, Maybe Carnival could get a few golf carts and charge the riders $10.00 to ride down to the site. I would not go on the tour again because of the sellers along the side of the roads.
