Review summary

I do not feel safe due to an incident happened to my child. She’s got a black eye from bumping her face on the glass (one that has metal) on top of the food at Cabana’s buffet. This was our first family cruise and it was stressful for a mom like me after all the inconvinience.

There was a leak coming from the AC. They fixed it twice but was still leaking. Very inconvinient. Wish they moved us to another stateroom.

Ship tip

Make sure the Oceaneer staff will cut the lock on the kids bracelet properly. My youngest got a long deep cut on her legs.

Let me guess! Your prepping to file a lawsuit againt the cruiseline, or demanding some type of compensation. Kids have accidents EVERYWHERE!. If she was injured in school, would you turn to home schooling?

Wow, that's sad. You don't feel safe because your child hit her face. On the cruise. So if she did it at home or some family member house would you feel the same. Just saying.

I'm pretty sure if you made the staff aware of the issue they would have fixed it and had the ship doctor check out your little one to be safe. Accidents do happen and they will happen as that part of being a kid and growing up.

Well kids have accidents everyday even at home. Think it’s a little over the top to say you don’t feel safe because of a bump. Maybe cruising isn’t for you since you were so stressed.
