Review summary

Very disappointing as last year was on the Imagination and everything was great which is why we did the cruise again. I guess different ship different quality of staff. Even the severs In the buffet didn't seem to want to be there.

While our steward Arnold was exceptional and Nono the activities director was great the other staff was not helpful at all. Asked which way to go on the ship to get to the gift shop and was directed to look at the ship map by the elevators.

If you are planning on going to Catalina be perpared for a long wait to get back on the boat as first the check your room key and then you go thu security check point. Plus the boat wait for a long time to fillup the boat before they ;eave for the ship.

I went on the inspiration and it was horrible. And the cruise director was also bad. It really needs a make over in more ways than one.

What are the doing to the inspiration?

Yes, both are different. I have been on both a couple times each. Maybe the staff person you asked really didnt know what you needed. The Inspiration goes into dry dock in November.

Yes , each ship is different with different staff. We also noticed on multiple cruises and we asked for directions on the ship, half of them didn't know.
