overall good cruise. But a few things could have been better. We had asked for "Harmless Harvest " Coconut water in the cabin. I understand that it is a more expensive than the other brands. You provided some other brand of coconut water which was not drinkable. Why did you not fulfill a simple request? It does not cost a fraction of the cost of the alcohol you provide to your guests. The fitness person Marko was very good. But he had the day off two days out of the ten days of our cruise. SO no classes for two days. Could you not have an assistant to carry on the classes?

Amazing Time Sailing the Mediterranean by outdoortim

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Symphony of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

Simply wonderful. We enjoyed all of our excursions, the entertainment on the ship, and time together as a family. Our favorite spot on the boat was the solarium, where we enjoyed the hot tub and pool for adults only. We also loved the jazz club and really enjoyed the 80s party that was thrown one night. The food was excellent, and the drink package worked out well for our family. Overall we had a really wonderful trip and I would definitely recommend royal Caribbean cruises to friends and family.

Very-Good in general. I did not realized how big this ship is until I was at the breakfast buffet. I would like an smaller ship.

Ship was way too big for our taste. by paidinfull4u62

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Regal Princess / Destination: Europe - Northern Europe

Great itinerary. Staff was overwhelmed with 4000 guests. Couldn’t be personal. Guests were very selfish and pushy due to sheer volume of people.

Great Baltic Cruise by golf4abe

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Breakaway / Destination: Europe - Northern Europe

From the time we boarded the bout until we left the boat we felt we were the number one priority. Everyone of the crew treated us with respect and dignity. They could not do enough for us. Have two more cruises book in 2019 and 2020. The only problem we had was the flight home on British Airways. I will NEVER fly them again. They changed the plane from London to Boston from a 747 to a 777. After waiting in line for one hour and five mins. to check in they told me I couldn't get on the plane. I had to go to get rebooked and had to spend the night in Copenhagen and fly home the next day. British Airways did not notify me or rebook me after I wasted all this time. I booked the flights thru American, it was a American flight number. As a partner airline they shafted me. I had to fly home on Lufthansa via Frankfurt. I still want my miles !!!!!

Awesome Baltic Cruise by tessaliane

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Breakaway / Destination: Europe - Northern Europe

We positively enjoyed this trip. The ship was wonderful, lots of things to do and great staff. All the ports were beautiful. We used SPB tours in every port and had great shore excursions.

Loved the Greek islands by rasmussenspi

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Riviera / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Beautiful stops, but many were overcrowded so traveling in Sept/Oct might be better than July. We used the Oceania excursions in most ports and the tour guides were excellent. Cavtat was a beautiful harbor and Rhodes was less crowded with great shopping. We were surprised to learn about the way the grapes grow in Santorini and the white wine was quite good.

Great way to see the Baltic states by hjrosa

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Brilliance of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Northern Europe

Great ship with magnificent ports of call. Staff is always excellent. Food at buffet (Windjammer) much better than the regular dinner choices (surprised!). Rooms look clean but quite dirty at the "hidden places" (under sofa/beds/mattress).

horrible experience by imvtax55198856

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Jewel of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

Poor AC, hot drinks, 90% of the personnel was very rude and treated us really bad, i made a reservation for dinner on monday night july 2 which was the formal night we were a group of 11 and most of the women in our group were wearing heels, we waited 40 minutes and then they sent us to Geovannys which we were not in the mood for italian food that nigh but the hostess forced us to go telling us that we should be glad that we had a table for free in that restaurant then we walked and took the stairs to the next level (with heels) , the server there was rude and racist and made weird jokes and made us feel uncomfortable, he appoligized at the end but it was too late, drinks were charged to our rooms at the begining and we had to make a couple of trips to fix it this is my 7 cruise 3rd with royal caribbean and never had such horrible experience , we were a group of 11 and each one of us had adifferent bad experiences either the bars, lounges, teens club etc . On the other side food was great, good cheffs good flavor and the room attendant was good too

The Celebrity Eclipse is a great way to visit the Baltic and St. Petersburg. We were taken care of from the moment we landed in Amsterdam to the moment we left. This was a wonderful way to check off our bucket list🤗

very good cruise. First time in europe on cruise. Excursions were handled very well. Felt comfortable with celebrity making these arrangements. Some trips that were recommended by ship were not what we expected but overall good.

Norse Legends & Voyage is one of HAL's better cruises if you enjoy scenery, walking in ports, and lots of daylight.

Pleasant cruise but cooler than I thought by pwconne974

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Serenade of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Northern Europe

The ship was great, handled the seas well and not too big. Be prepared for lots of churches and castles. Give enough time for flight connections in and out of Stockholm, flights out seem to be frequently delayed or cancelled(multiple airlines)

Epic - good itinerary on the Mediterranean by natho17

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Epic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

The Garden Café buffet was outstanding, a big highlight. It's a very clean café/buffet place, the food was delicious, the ice cream machine was empty only once (compared to most days on other companies...), the dining room was fantastic too (Manhattan Club). We did not try the fancy $$ eateries. - NCL application doesn't work onboard epic - A/C in unit 8149 not functioning correctly took 4 attempts to get maintenance to replace a broken actuator (day 6!!) which caused the problem, it went from being an oven to a freezer with no middle ground. That put a BIG DAMPER on the enjoyment of our stay... esp. when you do want to spend time in cabin b/c that's where you can find quiet... - one pool area not enough for 4100 passengers - poor access to even / odd rooms (not enough cross passage access) which requires long walks to get to the correct side. - walking / running track is limited compared to many other ships, this one is on lower deck which loops on port side or starboard side (doesn't go around whole ship as is normally the case), the kitchen exhaust side was very unpleasant to walk on! - balcony stateroom was small and cramped and bed length is short even for a person of height 5' 10". - balcony area was quite rusty showing the need for maintenance / painting

All about the itinerary... by Lizzieanne771

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Jewel of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

I really try to be a positive person, and overall I enjoyed the cruise - but I think it's because of the ports more than anything. I saw a dramatic slip in the general interactions of the crew with guests and the food (not just for gluten-free needs but in general) on Royal Caribbean since I last cruised them on Brilliance of the Seas 2 years ago. Back to Disney Cruise Line in the future for me.

Good Med Cruise by ramoncastro

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Epic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

For someone that has cruised this same ship 3 times the entertainment hasn't changed, but rather it gets poorer. The first time there was an improv everynight and now there is not. The restaurant (can't remember the name) next to the bowling alley has terrible service and no one cares. The cabin has problems: the toilet would not flush and the shower would not drain. Other than that the cruise was very good. We happened to be on at the time of the world cup and it was pleasent to watch it, and the food there was good.

Great itinerary, ship not so great. by Cruisealot26

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends

Drinks on board and excursions in ports were more expensive than other ships. This seemed to be more of a party ship than I expected.

A week in the Mediterranean by hearttocruise

Over all, we would give this cruise 4 1/2 stars. It wasn't perfection, but it was better than a lot of our past cruises.

We had heard a great deal about Norwegian and were excited to give them a try. As I said in the title, it was just fine, Nothing exceeded expectations. Food, service, layout, etc were all just fine.
