Review summary

From the time we boarded the bout until we left the boat we felt we were the number one priority. Everyone of the crew treated us with respect and dignity. They could not do enough for us. Have two more cruises book in 2019 and 2020. The only problem we had was the flight home on British Airways. I will NEVER fly them again. They changed the plane from London to Boston from a 747 to a 777. After waiting in line for one hour and five mins. to check in they told me I couldn't get on the plane. I had to go to get rebooked and had to spend the night in Copenhagen and fly home the next day. British Airways did not notify me or rebook me after I wasted all this time. I booked the flights thru American, it was a American flight number. As a partner airline they shafted me. I had to fly home on Lufthansa via Frankfurt. I still want my miles !!!!!

British Airways in name only, gone down hill since it merged with Iberia

When you book your flights through whatever airline you are told what airline you are booking and what the codeshare number is. Also your email or phone number should have been in your reservation for them to get in touch with you if there was and changes.

Did your travel insurance cover the added expenses? That sucked waiting in line without any notification via text or email (on your smart phone).
