You need to add a very important item to your cruises for you employees that they desperately need, and ar being shorted, by glazierse127269

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Sun Princess

As I said earlier, your employees are being slighted in a very important area and that is you do not give them any opportunity to have a religious service of their choice, on the sabbath, which has far reaching implications not only for them but also your company. Those services could vary but allow them a brief time to participate.

Nice Itinerary and Lovely staff, but Silversea needs to up its Food and Service Game. by brendamccr

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Silver Whisper

Disappoint din the Whisper - had been 23 years since we last sailed her and felt we were on a training course. A lot of new staff. Too few food options for a 10 day cruise. Will sail on their larger ships next time.

Thoroughly enjoyable. by sbeggan1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

This was our first cruise, and we now plan on scheduling many. We had some trepidation about sea sickness and slow elevators, but both were not a concern. There was so much to do on the ship, we couldn't wait to come back from shore excursions. We go to a lot of restaurants where we live, so we didn't feel like we needed to enjoy the premium dining. We always found something good on the Main Dining menu. We actually enjoyed following the nightly dress themes.

I enjoyed every minute of the cruise. However this was my 37th cruise so not much new. We were lucky because of the weather. It was just perfect.

Great Western Med Cruise by StephenHammond

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

Fun time on Oasis of the Seas. The ship is massive but doesn’t feel crowded except on sea days and at the breakfast buffet. Service was great. Food was decent but I’ve had better on other lines. Entertainment and activities were plentiful.

Great itineray and ship by drctwright

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Equinox

We really like unpacking once and experiencing multiple ports and cultures. We like having confidence in the food on-board no matter what port we visit. When we were younger we did all the ports on our own but use excursions now. They are hit or miss depending on the quality of the guides. We had very good guides in most ports and a really bad guide in Tangier. We were refunded 50% of tour cost. Great ship, great crew, great food.

Portugal and Spain by SJG56

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Celebrity Equinox

The Equinox is a nice ship, though the decor in the staterooms is a bit dated. The common areas such as the Sky Lounge and the Retreat Lounge have been updated to a more modern decor. This sailing from Lisbon to Barcelona offered a great itinerary with interesting ports. There were a lot of excursion options to choose from, and in fact, I wished we had longer times or overnights in some ports so we could have visited more than one inland city. The food in the Luminae was excellent, and the entertainment was very good. .

Not too happy by j109562000

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Grandiosa

They kept running out of glasses and coffee cups in the buffet noise above the room on and off all night the bar service was terrible. Waiters were standing around watching shows instead of servicing the customers very disappointed.

Horrible Experience by charlashby

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

Unacceptable room conditions on this ship for such a well known and respected cruise line. I am very disappointed and shocked that Royal caribbean would allow their rooms to get into this condition and then not try to make things right when I had no choice but to stay in this room since there were no others available and then it made me sick and ruined my vacation.

good cruise by reynaldo69a

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

is a good cruise, I was disappointed that they do not serve lobster in the dinner. I was not aware with the dress days so I was not prepared (white night, Caribbean night, I was only ready for formal night)

Wonderful Cruise by neftimiades

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Oasis of the Seas

I don't think I would sail again on Oasis of the Seas. Over crowding was a real issue and detracted from the cruise. Meal ties were more like herding cattle. We traveled in May, I can only imagine how bad it would be in summer.

Eh... it was ok. Would not recommend it for seeing the sites. Limited time to see Europe and no time to enjoy cruise amenities. This staff on princess was ok. Did not live up to my expectations. by KWFO

Don't take it. Do something else. This is not a good way to tour Europe.

The cruise itself was really the highlight. by dvieira94218103

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Sun Princess

It was a good cruise because it crossed off may "have to see" items for me. The ship was the highlight of the trip in many ways and it's for that reason I have a positive review of this. Other than Rome and Florence, the other stops were just stops. Still, it's a trip worth taking if you're looking to add this part of the world to your experiences.

Not what I expected by dmariemartin195

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: MSC Fantasia

The cruise lines no longer give tissues in rooms nor do they have wash cloths for shower. ALSO no where does it state to go on land in ports that YOU have to pay for the bus to take you into a town, you have no choice its charged to your room unless you don't go. Also every port more people are added and some leave, I have never heard of this before. The staff was not friendly, could be due to the fact no one really speaks english. Some of the bartenders don't know how to make some drinks which are very popular in the states. I may be spoiled by the way cruise lines run in the states, but I don't think I would ever take another Med cruise again. The ports you also visit are not what you would think or expect, so to me that was a big dissapointment.

The Dawn is showing its age by Maryallen1049

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Norwegian Dawn

The itinerary of this tour was great. The ship is getting worn out, although the size is good. Food was okay, breakfast and lunch were boring after awhile. Staff is stretched thin, especially servers in the bars and pool areas. You may not see one! Overall, I was on a cruise and had a good time.
