Review summary

Unacceptable room conditions on this ship for such a well known and respected cruise line. I am very disappointed and shocked that Royal caribbean would allow their rooms to get into this condition and then not try to make things right when I had no choice but to stay in this room since there were no others available and then it made me sick and ruined my vacation.

Spent most of my time at customer service trying to get my room cleaned or a different room that wouldn't make me sick. RC didn't care.

Room was dated and musty smelling. I believe there is mold underneath the carpets and it made me sick- I developed bronchitis after being forced to sleep in this room for a week.
