We boarded in Civativecchia, Italy and after boarding, found out that the ship's app didn't work for us. This seemed to be due to a scheduling overlap as we joined in the middle of a scheduled cruise itinerary and ours wasn't separately called out on the system. Without the app it subtracted time from our trip to manage the administrative items the app would handle. This meant standing in the long customer service lines to re-schedule shows, meals, excursions. We didn't get certain boarding items due to joining the cruise mid-week. For my first cruise, it seemed like we were outside the normal process and fun.

Wonderful Mediterranean cruise. Beautiful layout, except the staterooms.

Buffet closes too early. Europeans eat late. We’re on a cruise in Europe. One all aboard was at 8 and buffet closes at 9:30. Doesn’t give you time to change clothes.

We couldn’t ask for more. We truly loved every minute onboard the EPIC.

Overall it was an nice cruise , great getaway. Would recommend to everyone.

Our entire trip was so beautiful and memorable. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

Great ship, great friends and great ports. What more could you ask for?

The ports were outstanding! Saw everything we have dreamed of seeing. Long tour days accomplished this. The ship is a destination in itself. 7000 passengers but felt like less people than on other ships! This was our 29th cruise and we all feel that is was the best itinerary and ship out of all of them!

We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise- ship, itinerary, and entertainment. Had not cruised in 5 years and felt comfortable with the extra measures of washing and sanitizing stations throughout the ship.

We had another great cruise on the Edge. We do prefer both Apex and Reflection, but it was a great cruise. We do NOT like the infinity balconies. We are missing a normal balcony.

The crew is amazing A-Z. Villanida our stateroom steward, Antonine in the dining, Michelle in the dining, Marco in the speciality restaurant. Just lovely amazing People. They’re nothing less than 5 stars!! If I could give them more I would. The only complaint I would have is the food was disappointing. The quality wasn’t good in the buffet nor the taste. The main dining quality was better and taste but not by a whole stretch. The specialty dining was better than the main dining but again nothing to rave about. As an exception, I do think the Fine Cut Restaurant was very good and the ship should follow that as an example in terms of quality and taste. I would like a more functional Celebrity app, more entertainment options to choose from and later shows as well for comedy.

Overall this was an incredible trip of a lifetime! We got to see so many new places, while also enjoying the luxury of a cruise! The Beyond is incredible, as is her captain! Well done Celebrity!

The ship was excellent, and all of the food was outstanding. We had lost a bag from our departure. Service on the ship tried to locate but could not find it. they gave us a letter of explanation but that did not help my wife as the bag lost had all of her makeup and hair products in it. I was a long week of torture for me . Seas were great except for last day of Saling had 8-foot waves and rough ride back to Barcelona. Would not recommend long excursions only tour of port then go out on your own. We enjoyed the cruise.

We had a good time and will look at Azamara again when looking at specific destinations. The longer port times allow for more time for on shore activities and is a nice feature. The pace of travel and back to back to back ports must be considered and is balanced with lack of options available on ship.

Ship and cruise were great. Barcelona Airport was terrible, in and outbound. Luxury Only was unresponsive. Choice Air Doubled booked our return flights, one set from Barcelona to New York to New Orleans, the second set from Barcelona to Miami to New Orleans. signage at Phil airport was poor. Had to re-screen between flights.

We chose this cruise because we were sailing out of Naples and, quite frankly, it was the only option! We were not disappointed by anything. If you cruise often or you’ve been on a bigger newer boat this is definitely different. But so long as you know that going in and don’t hold the Opera to the same expectations as you might a ship with a flight simulator or 24 restaurants I think you’ll have a great time (and save a bunch of money). We met people from all over the world, had great food at almost every meal, our rooms were wonderful and the staff was very pleasant.

As many of us have been apprehensive about going anywhere since pandemic started, I am glad we took the plunge and went on this cruise. We worried more than we had to before we left but enjoyed ourselves more this time. The ship was half-full and everything felt normal in and out of the ship during the cruise (except for a few masking requirements in public transportation and optional at some ship venues.

Ship is OK; food is OK; the stops were very nice particularly if you arrange for your own private tours. Be very aware of cruising during the pandemic with a rule such as the US. that requires a negative test before returning. I tested positive on the second to last day (double vaccnated, double boosted where mask). In spite of the what is written the cruise does little to prevent the spread. Almost no-one wears a mask even with crowding in elevators. They did no contract tracing with me. They did not even consider quaranting any of my traveling party. NCL canceled my flight home, took the refund for itself (according to the airline), NCL said it would use the cost of my trip home toward my flight and book my flight but then refused to do so leaving me to obtain my own flight home and pay for it. And by the way, travel insurance does not pay for the hotel and food while quarantining (or is very limited) and pays nothing for traveling companion (or at least the insurance I had).
