The ship was excellent, and all of the food was outstanding. We had lost a bag from our departure. Service on the ship tried to locate but could not find it. they gave us a letter of explanation but that did not help my wife as the bag lost had all of her makeup and hair products in it. I was a long week of torture for me . Seas were great except for last day of Saling had 8-foot waves and rough ride back to Barcelona. Would not recommend long excursions only tour of port then go out on your own. We enjoyed the cruise.

Imade and Mark our main table servers were outstanding . They called us by name not only in dinning area but when they saw us elsewhere on the ship

Only take shore excursions that give you lay of port maybe 2 hours then go out and explore yourself
Tour guide was terrible , older people had to use bathroom and she did not know where they were and ingnored them I went into a shop and said I will spend $25 can you let these people use you facilites and he said yes , while tour guide kept on walking and left us there. She also knew people were behind did not go to check on them . Asked for way back to bus and she said keep walking that direction and you will find it and then left us. Walk back was over 2 1/2 miles
We never go to go to city we walked past got on ship for 30 minutes to get a bus for one hour to get a train for 30 minutes took small bus over the mountains very bumpy and not comfortable and then a tour back to train , and another bus ride 1 hour then the boat back to dock and our ship. Boreing and too long . would not recommend
This was an hour plus bus ride. to Sicily and then an hour tour that was supposed to have a wine tasting which was a thimble paper cup of wine , then a hour plus bus ride. We never got to see Palermo the city
Got off ship to terminal could not find baggage. Had key and they sent us to wrong baggage claim A new Samsonite bag had a large tear on it and lost a wheel

We looked at the different excursions they were offering at each port. Everything look like it was walking, drinking wine, and eating. We will do hop off and on buses and sightseeing ourselves. Our cruise is port intensive so we will go back early to enjoy the ship.
