Prepaid for many items. When we got on board they claimed we hadn't paid for any since they couldn't see it in their system. Everything was a fight but thank God I had printed receipts with me. Many card changes because they claimed we didn't look like our pictures. Cold food. Limited food selection.

We loved your adult section and spent most of our afternoons there. Very relaxing. Great Specialty restaurants.

We throughly enjoyed our ship the Dawn. The staff is so warm and friendly. Excellent service everywhere. Can say enough about the itinerary and ports of call.

The excursion desk needs to be open longer hours. There was constantly a long line waiting to speak to someone. They were a little disorganized.

We had a wonderful time! It was our 2nd ocean cruise and our 1st international cruise. We loved having a balcony and having food available all the time. :) Main Dining staff was great, great, great and so is everyone in Specialty and buffet restaurants. Activities on board Wonder of The Seas is amazing, people loved it, there’s something for everyone, you could never get bored. There are also quiet spots to get away from the crowd. Loved Central Park and listening to the birds. Loved the whimsical artwork on every deck and especially the astronauts! Room attendants were friendly and caring, especially Renaldo who took care of my sister and her husband who was sick for most of the 7-day cruise, and Keisha Nixon with her friendly smile who took care of our cabin. Would cruise with Royal Caribbean again but prefer smaller ships (2k-3k passengers), great food and ports which are more important to us than activities on board.

Always great sailing with Seabourn. We have a deposit for our next cruise.

This ship and especially the crew exceeded all my expectations! It was si organized from start to finish. It took almost NO time to embark or disembark. The food was fabulous as we're the helpfulness of the crew! I would go on this cruise again and again if I could!

Wonder of the Sea is 100% the best cruise experience you can ask for. The staff on board is always willing to go above and beyond for your family. I highly recommend this ship for it stunning beauty and a relaxing and carefree vacation.

Ship was amazing. Crew was amazing. Food in buffet and dining room cold and tasteless. No selection on buffet. Bread was stale for burgers and dogs every day. No nuggets for kids?? Worst food overall out of any Royal ship we have been on.

Pretty great except for noises overnight trying to sleep and just two instances of questionable service.

The Celebrity Beyond is beyond all your expectations. The ship and its crew are Outstanding!

A little below my expectations! Way too crowded this time. Had better experiences on Symphony of the Sea in October 2018, round trip from Barcelona. Less crowded, cleaner Windjammer, better quality food, the best shows ( better than those in Las Vegas, LoL) Actually it’s not bad with the price guests are paying on this cruise. Btw, internet was terrible. Again last time had excellent connection for some reason……

Food was worse than anything I’ve every had. Low quality was obvious. Tendons in meat. Nothing was what was listed. Turkey was Duck, Marsala sauce was watered down tomato paste. No taste the food was awful awful terrible, complete gross food. Bad bad bad! F for failed. Food was not even fdic for humans. I will report to international Health Department.

Great trip for my mom and I. We took advantage of the excursions offered by Royal Caribbean and we felt safe and had time to enjoy the trip without a hitch. Experienced tour guides. Onboard, the service was impecable! From the service at the front desk to the restaurants and the people in charge of our cabin. Loved the experience from beginign to end!

All in all worth every cent and the 3 years that we had to wait because of covid. I would like to see NCL drop 2 stops and extend the time in Rome and Naples by 2 days. Allow you more time to visit the sites.

The cruise was great. Our specialty dining was mixed. I had a bid problem with the casino.

We've always heard that Regent is the best of the best but did not find it to be so. We were disappointed with the quality and selection of the food in the restaurants and they closed too early. We had three excursions canceled at the last minute, making us feel that there was not good value. We also had issues with the airline arrangements.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary on this cruise. We had a great time and really enjoyed being on the ship. The crew was amazing, smiling faces and friendly greetings everywhere we went. We would recommend this ship and this itinerary.

We loved the first week of our cruise. Tested positive for Covid (my guess is we picked it up in Rome) first day of 2nd week and had to stay in cabin the entire 2nd week. To their credit, they took good care of us. Delivered dining room menu every day for us to choose from, checked in a few times a day to see if we needed anything.

Outstanding. Has completely spoiled us for other cruises.
