We had a wonderful time! It was our 2nd ocean cruise and our 1st international cruise. We loved having a balcony and having food available all the time. :) Main Dining staff was great, great, great and so is everyone in Specialty and buffet restaurants. Activities on board Wonder of The Seas is amazing, people loved it, there’s something for everyone, you could never get bored. There are also quiet spots to get away from the crowd. Loved Central Park and listening to the birds. Loved the whimsical artwork on every deck and especially the astronauts! Room attendants were friendly and caring, especially Renaldo who took care of my sister and her husband who was sick for most of the 7-day cruise, and Keisha Nixon with her friendly smile who took care of our cabin.
Would cruise with Royal Caribbean again but prefer smaller ships (2k-3k passengers), great food and ports which are more important to us than activities on board.

Main Dining:
We loved the staff in Main Dining Deck 3: Dorian Dumitru who always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Jonathan with his sweet smile, kind and attentive service, spoiling us. My brother-in-law was sick for 4 days on the ship and Jonathan provided us with chicken broth in our Hydroflask and toast. And Joao who’s kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt like VIPs.
Specialty Restaurants:
Chris in Mason was friendly and lovely, great food there. Mameema at Hooked Seafood was friendly and served us a feast of lobster! The best speciality meal we had out of our 3-night Dining package. Ryan at Izumi was friendly, tempura was amazing, sushi was ok but we’re picky since we’ve been to Japan and eat sashimi weekly back in California. :)
Windjammer buffet:
Everyone worked so hard here to please the thousands of people who go through here every day! We appreciate their hard work so much. Food could be a little better, especially the croissants though we understand it’s hard to churn out enough to feed an army. Bread was good.
Loved Central Park and Park Cafe!
Being back for 3-4 days now, we miss the ease and availability of food already. We’ll have to book our next cruise soon!
Onboard Activities

We walked around a lot and observed the zip line, the water slide (our favorite, couldn’t stop watching), the people and children enjoying the pools. We did play shuffle board on Deck 5, such a great quiet place for jogging track and to get away from the crowd.

We loved having a balcony! Loved watching when we arrived in port in the morning and when we left. It was nice also to have the fresh air. We would always cruise with an ocean-view balcony.
Ship tip
If you like lots of activities and crowds, this is the ship for you.
Less time in Rapallo please, we had 2 hours here and there wasn’t really anything to see or do. We had 1 hr in Portofino and could use 2 hours here instead.
