Review summary
Prepaid for many items. When we got on board they claimed we hadn't paid for any since they couldn't see it in their system. Everything was a fight but thank God I had printed receipts with me. Many card changes because they claimed we didn't look like our pictures. Cold food. Limited food selection.Embarkation

Room steward was great. Assistant manager in dining room helped greatly.

Cabin size was nothing more than a glorified balcony room. Bathtub noting more than deep soak tub but very slippery
