Luxurious, elegant, comfortable and it has lots of options for all ages!!

The crew worked so easily together to make everything just perfect. The ship was on the smaller size and I liked that feeling of not being on a huge ship but a cozy hotel of 2000.

The ship was definately older and not very clean. Our bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the couch in our stateroom was stained and gross. Their was a room in our hallway that was leaking into the hall, so the carpet was soaking wet everyday until they finally recarpeted near the end of the cruise. Then, they were doing construction on the ceiling right afterwards. It wasn't very appealing to walk by multiple times a day. Also, I think multiple bathrooms near the dining room overflowed because the smell was awful for a few days near there.

Crew was exceptional - very happy atmosphere and very friendly. Felt welcome from the moment we finally got to the ship. Food was very good in Horizon Court - still not a fan of Caribe Cafe. Our Stewardess, Maria, was absolutely a jewel. Always there, went the extra effort to please us, which she did superbly. Tour desk was always friendly and helpful. Activities that we attended were fun.

Our cabin literally smelled of sewage. We were told nothing could be done since the ship was full. So, we told them the accommodations were not habitable and we wanted a refund and would leave at the first port of call. Then, we were given another room, which was also an upgrade. Our dining was also a problem. They assigned us to early seating when it should have been late, and it was a fight to fix that. They also didn't have us booked for airport transfers even thought they were requested, and we had to fight to fix that too. There were several other little problems which would all take too long to list, but suffice it to say that they were a nightmare to work with. Plus, the itinerary is poorly planned out. St Petersburg is a very poor choice for the overnight stay. There is very little there except for celebrity's overpriced, poorly planned excursions. Due to Russian visa controls, you can't leave the ship without a tour, and when you do see St Petersburg, it doesn't offer nearly as much as the other ports. Nearly everyone I spoke with was very underwhelmed with it.

The ship was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, although the interior decor seemed to have been designed in the 1980s and did not look like a 4-5 year old ship.

We were disappointed at first...we've been sailing with Norwegian, which has a brighter, younger feel with higher ceilings. The Constellation decor was bland in comparison. But we got over that quickly. The ship was clean and in good condition. Internet access was a nightmare. No availablity in the staterooms and only three hotspots for WiFi. The internet was down very often...much more so than our experiences with other ships. The internet staff was helpful but with a rather unfriendly attitude. The one and only time we asked the concierge a question he was rather snippy, but the rest of the staff was very nice.

Everything about the ship was excellent. Good good,food, service, entertainment, new decor, well laid out cabins..ainternational clientele, about 1/2 American. A few children, some more teenagers.

The ship has a few wear and tear issues but in general it was great. Friendly staff. Food both quality and variety were great.

Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. First time cruising in Europe and with Costa cruises we did not know what to expect. The ship design and larger state room (had balcony) were excellent. The staff service is second to none.Overall, a very nice cruise in northern Europe. Ports of call were excellent.

Overall quite good, but showing her age a bit. Needs to overhaul TV programing and up grade internet capabilities

Overall, beautiful ship from cabins, to dining rooms, lounges and common areas. Staff is really terrific, friendly and attentive. Extraordinary meals with great selections.

Ship was of high quality. Second time on this class of Celebrity ship and it is a winner. My complaint about cabin is lack of storage space, especially considering we were on two week cruise. Food quality is great - we ate twice in specialty restaurants. They were excellent but cover charge is a little steap. Food in buffet and regular restaurant also quite good.

Beautiful ship - very impressed with the layout. The retreat area in the aft seems a waste - especially the \"pool\" portion. How about an area for adults only to swim.

This being our first cruise, our expectation were well exceeded. Could not have asked for anything more....

The crew, from room stward to wait staff, were always friendly and attentive. The balcony room had enough space for 2. Food was great in dining area, buffet and specialty restaurants. The BEST ports of call!

Ship was older. They casino had terrible smell of smoke. The weather was to cold to take advantage of the pool and whirlpool. They food was either overcooked or undercooked. We had the Chef's Table and the food was average, not what we expected.

First time cruiser. Awesome staff who really made the cruise a joy. Older crowd on the boat-not a party boat like I hear the Carribean Cruises can be. Good, long ports of call. Internet slow and very expensive.
