The ship was definately older and not very clean. Our bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the couch in our stateroom was stained and gross. Their was a room in our hallway that was leaking into the hall, so the carpet was soaking wet everyday until they finally recarpeted near the end of the cruise. Then, they were doing construction on the ceiling right afterwards. It wasn't very appealing to walk by multiple times a day.
Also, I think multiple bathrooms near the dining room overflowed because the smell was awful for a few days near there.

The breakfast choices were good with an omelet bar\, waffle bar\, cereal\, and lots of other stuff. However\, lunch buffets were absolutely disgusting. The food was of poor quality and always cold. The buffet was also the same every single day with no variation what so ever. We ate dinner in the dining room which was better but still little variation compared to other cruise lines.
Entertainment

There were a decent amount of options for entertainment. I would have liked to see a comedy show\, but their options were pretty good\, and they provided a daily schedule of events.

The service was not great on this ship. It seemed that the staff were just going through the motions but did not want to be there. I was not impressed at all

The ship was large and had an average layout from other ships I have been on. It wasn't in awful conditon\, but it was definately an older ship and well used.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our inside stateroom was a good size but a little dirtly. The couch was stained and gross\, and the shower curtain was dirty and needed to be replaced. The bed was lopsided and lumpy\, so I had to sleep in the dent made in the bed. The room did not have any amenities besides a blow dryer and safe. Other ships Ive been on provided lotion and other misc toiletries. This ship did not
