It was lovely and very professional in appearance and the entire staff. It was a great way to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and retirement. Thank you.

Beautiful ship that is well-planned so you don't experience crowds on a 4000 passenger ship, though it wass only half-full for this crossing. We miss the mid-ship stairwell, but we do enjoy walking so the extra steps aren't a problem for us.

I would not take another Costa cruise. I picked the cruise based on the itinerary and the ports delivered (Bari was a strange stop)but Costa's inefficiency and poor service made the already short times in port even shorter. Communications from the ship seemed lacking and service was mediocre compared to similar cruises I have taken in the past at similar price points on different carriers.

Disapointed in sevice and tours

It was amazing trip and we are looking forward to come back again.

The ship was awesome from the elevators (glass) to all the multi functionl rooms and pools.

We had a cruise with Splendour of the Seas. The ship was recently refurbished. We found the ship well maintained and there are ample cabinets for storage in the cabin suites. The staff are all professional and very accommodating with our requests.

The shore excursion partners that Royal Caribbean has tied up with are awesome, and the cruise itself was flawless for the most part - Stateroom attendants and restaurant waiters are extremely attentive, and friendly. The food, drink options were awesome, and amenities were excellent. Improvement recommendations would be to consider a lower cost internet connectivity for people onboard that need just basic email access (very low bandwidth) and longer gym hours.

THE SILHOUETTE WAS A BEAUTIFUL SHIP. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO WALK THROUGH THE DIFFERENT DECKS. EVERYTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE SPECIALITY RESTAurants were fabulous. Marano and the Qsuine are a must the tours on the ship were very good except for Ravenna Italy. The tour there was supppose to be Panoramic Ravenna. It went through chemical and industrial sites.Stopped at a Bacillica to see the Mosiacs and our guide tells us it is five euros to go which I thought should have been included.

I enjoyed all aspects of the cruise.

The ship is beautiful and most of the decor was top of the line.

This was my first cruise and it exceeded my expectations. I really did not want to go and was looking for excuses to use to bow out. I'm glad I didn't find one.

the ship was easy to navigate for shows, dining etc. Really a great size for family travel.

The ship has all the amenities, multiple lounges and resturants, shops, theatre, casino and more The service was outstanding by all ship personnel, the itinerary was packed with interesting cites during the 11 days

The ship had been updated, and it was in very good condition. We were impressed with how hard everyone worked to keep it clean.

First of all, I was really upset with the Cabin that was assigned to us. I specifically told my travel agent that I want a good Oceanview cabin, and that was promised to me. But when we got our cabin assignment it was close to the engine of the ship and we heard all the \"noise\" that goes with the engine. I specifically asked that we be put in a cabin that was not any where near the crew cabins and the engine.

Our overall impression of the Celebrity Equinox was outstanding.

Ship is fine though the fact that they allow smoking is sickening to me. Most crew are super to deal with. Pretty boat with luxury accommodations.

The ship is huge, yet easily manageable. Very clean, friendly staff, great spa.

The food was good however our server was not very friendly. I found at the open sitting for breakfast and lunch they were not very friendly either. The wait staff did not seem very happy.
