Pros: Food\, entertainment\, customer service

Cons: The rain and long lines and confusion for those trying to getting water taxis/buses at Venice. It would have been terrific to have someone from Celebrity spend one hour explaining the lines with us at the docking area; the rain make it very difficult to stand for up to 2 hours.
