November 5 cruise by MaryM

Sail date: /
Ship: Celebrity Equinox / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Tried to send this before but don't think it went through. We had problems with customer service on an otherwise great cruise. 6 of us were traveling together and had assurances that our rooms were together. Found on arrival that one was on the other side of the ship - whoever assigned it went numerically rather than all odd or even numbers. Customer service refused to help at all. We finally approached the people arriving at the next cabin and asked them to switch which they graciously did. The people who switched with them gave them a gift card in appreciation. Celebrity should have handled this. Our dining tables were also messed up - a different 2 of our 6 was assigned to a separate table from ours despite assurances by email and voice that we were all together. Customer service was no help - told me to find a maitre' de on my own and try to fix the problem, which I did. One of our party had her I-pad and Kindle stolen from her suitcase during checkin. She filled a police report and well as spending a couple of hours with Celebrity security filling out forms, etc. They told her that they would be checking video tape during that time and that customer service would get back with her. No one did and whenever she approached customer service, they said they had no idea what incident she was talking about and that she should fill out forms about it. A lovely cruise experience was lessened somewhat by these incidents.

Nice first cruise by MattAndBrandiLynnP

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

This was out first cruise. The ship was huge and wonderfully decorated. The shops on board had weird hours, weird specials (with merchandise available only on certain days and not others), and one never opened. Events got crowded quickly, but the crew herded the crowds well. The ship provided a lot of entertainment and had many good tours available at each location (with approximately 50 people per group). The buffet food was good, but was the same every day. The sit down dinners were nice. We picked "My Time Dining" which was wonderful.

Fun Cruise by MaryP

Ship: Serenade of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

Overall all cruise was fun. Lots of activities, like trivia, crafts, slot tournament, etc. Nice mix of passengers -- young and old. Ship was right size. Plenty to do, but not so big you got lost.

Bland and ho hum cruise by KimberlyS

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Serenade of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

The ship is getting a total revamp in 3 weeks. The weather was cold, the seas were rough so there was very limited things to do poolside, as expected. However, the ship's crew could have increased the available activities indoors to make up for the bad weather. It seems med cruises are more for the elderly!

Disappointment by JoeR2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Serenade of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Mediterranean

The ship and staff overall was a disappointment. The staff of the ship would repeatedly talk to you about their tip that was expected at the end of the cruise. Staff did not seem to be in tune with the customers.

Exceptional service makes Seabourn! by SusanV22674476

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Seabourn Quest / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Seabourn Quest is a moderate-sized ship which is easy to walk. Sometimes I was frustrated when I couldn't get to the front of the ship easily due to restricted signs. However, I usually found the right path after making a couple of attempts. Seabourn Square added a nice touch although found it too chilly in temperature to want to spend much time there. Library and card rooms gave the ship a relaxing feel.

A Fabulous Cruise! by SusanD47170578

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Crown Princess / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

Best cruise we have been on. The entertainment was superb - was better than what I have seen in Vegas. The costumes and shows and choreography and cast were top-notch. Did not look like a put-together show. was very professional. The ship was clean and we liked that there was hand sanitizer everywhere and people were asked to use it. The decor and rooms were beautiful - not over the top like Carnival.

A Complete Escape! by CatherineZj

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Crown Princess / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

The ship was well appointed and there was never a sense of crowd while onboard. It was large. The staff was friendly and courteous - always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious and there was always a variety to order from. I was most impressed with how cooperative each department was with every other department. Everything about the cruise was smoothly done. It was a complete escape to relaxation!

Amazing ship by Kathyp1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Celebrity Equinox / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

Overall, it was a great experience. The stateroom was the most beautiful and spacious I've had on a ship (we had a balcony). The housekeeper was wonderful as was the waitstaff in the main dining room. I enjoyed the lawn on Deck 15 and especially loved the indoor pool. The port selection was wonderful with 11 hours in each port. The ship was always very clean and well maintained. The specialty restaurant (Tuscan) had the most amazing food. The facial and massage at the Spa was wonderful, but they were a bit pushy afterward about buying their products.

The Best Cruise Ever by Richardm111

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Serenade of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean

SERENADE OTS is one of the smaller ships (not a bad item) and one of the BEST. Her crew from Captain Karen and all the staff really made you feel at home and above all spoiled and pampered like we expected, but they even exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely the best we have had, and the service to match. WOW kind of sums it up. The housekeeping staff matched the food, always attentive to our needs and anticipated what we may need.

Great Cruise. by Victori21777193

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple

Loved the ship. It was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. There was plenty of space in that we could always find a private place to lounge. Blu was a beautiful restaurant and not crammed. The elevators had great signage inside and out.
