Review summary

The ship and staff overall was a disappointment. The staff of the ship would repeatedly talk to you about their tip that was expected at the end of the cruise. Staff did not seem to be in tune with the customers.

At times during the cruise it seemed as if you were bothering the staff of the ship when asking them questions. Following our tour of Rome we filled a complaint about the tour guides, the staff on the ship stated that they were contact the tour company and then contact us. We never heard back from the staff from the ship, it was almost as if it did not matter to them what the customer concerns were.
