Overall, I would sail again with Royal. It is an older ship but that does not mean anything really. It was clean, Staff was great and the food was way above standard. Every night was a different menu. Buy the food package, skip beverage package and for sure do not by the internet package unless you are right by the router on the main floor.

We enjoyed most of the stops on this cruise. Two of the Ports required tendering to the pier. That is a bit of problem for those that don't move very fast.

Our mistake was not taking a cruise with at least 1-2 cruising days. We never got to explore or use many of the ship's facilities due to daily port calls. But Seabourn is a very good line to cruise with and we intend to continue with them so long as the itinerary works.

With this cruise 🚢 I will be latitudes Platinum but I was not happy with this cruise and the comments that I heard during the cruise many other guests feel the same as my.

It was a wonderful cruise & I would go on it again- Disappointed in the WiFi which I paid extra for & go no credit or compensation for & it was HORRIBLE.

I love the open bar & the freestyle dining. Service was superb. Will do another cruise with Norwegian again.

It's a very elegant cruise with lovely Belgian captain and very professional staff. The ship was clean, the food quality and presentation was great, service staff was mostly very good, our stateroom was spotless. There was no noise or drunk partying guests anywhere on the cruise with no spilled drinks or food on the floor. Opposite, it's a quiet, clean cruise with a beautiful ship layout huge liner which did not make any of us feel motion sick at all. It was our first time sailing with Holland America, and we all had a great experience! Strongly recommended.

The problem with the two excursions was very upsetting & the cruise staff pretty much had an attitude of ‘well, stuff happens, too bad’ ! Then I found out that the Excursion Desk had not sent the information to Guest Services !! Although they did not seem to really care either! Guess I will never reach the next Mariner level as I plan to never sail on the Holland cruise line again! I also never received a reply after the cruise from guest relations on a call & from an email I sent!

The shore excursions were terrific. Croatia is so wonderful loved it

Azamara provided a wonderful experience for our family which we'll be talking about until our next cruise. This was our first Azamara experience and we were pleasantly surprised. We can't wait to sail with them again.

This was a fantastic cruise. The ports of call were all interesting, and the fact that this is a smaller ship provides access to more Greed islands, Excursion were really well organised and interesting. Above all , the service on board is fantastic. They are really caring, this is a personalised attention. We would go back to Azamara for sure

Azamara was on target and well staffed with professionals aboard the boat.

This was my 4th cruise and second on Celebrity. Worst cruise ever and it was all Celebrities incompetence. Their communication skills are terrible. To date they still have not reached out to me to say "hey how did you enjoy the cruise?" ... but what did I expect.

I would take this same cruise again, due to the itinerary! So much to see, do, but not enough time! Unbelievable to walk where Jesus has gone, to experience the history and culture of everything!

Excursions were generally great, LONG and comprehensive but that's what we were there for! REALLY WISH NCL would add priority line for Platinum and above, both for Shore Excursions/Guest services desk AND getting back on the ship, especially on Tender days! Feels like a "perk" that should be provided for cruisers with so many days on NCL. And seriously?? 1 bag of laundry PER CABIN!! At least 1 bag PER CRUISER! Husband and wife fighting to squeeze dirties into bag was ridiculous. Other lines provide a LOT more laundry for loyal cruise people.

Overall a good value since second guest was 75% off.

I was very disappointed with what was offered per your advertisements and your sales agents selling me this expensive vacation. I paid for both rooms 10006 and 10002. I was very unhappy with the Concierge Service and Butler Service. They were basically nonexistent. Although they did send me a small tray of small bites every night, I guess to appease me? Nashira Forbes was the worst concierge I have ever dealt with and I have traveled a lot. Her condescending attitude was the worst, unless of course you were one of her favorites. She did not listen to our concerns, her directions were not clear or precise and she did not go out of her way in any possible act to try and remedy the situation or try and make our Honeymoon Trip better in any possible way.

This was meant to be a trip of a lifetime. It both lived up to that and failed to meet the expectations. The sites were fascinating. The crew was fantastic. However, I do feel that Royal failed us. We were not given important information about closings (specialty restaurants, the solarium). The staff was overwhelmed with unattended children and gave up trying to enforce any kind of decorum. It felt as though there were no expectations in place to be followed and enforced.

Great staff and shore excursions! However, the ship is showing it's age with outdated rooms, poor expensive internet service, and no designated rooms to accommodate on board activities.
