This was my 4th cruise and second on Celebrity. Worst cruise ever and it was all Celebrities incompetence. Their communication skills are terrible. To date they still have not reached out to me to say "hey how did you enjoy the cruise?" ... but what did I expect.

Terrible. No info provided to meet bus in Venice. Then the location point provided had no actual address or infor for connecting. Then didn't have us on list.

When I selected trip on Celebrity website I was led to believe I was getting a suite like my last 3 cruises. Read the fine print and check square footage. Would not have gone if I new what they were really selling.
Use a travel agent next time…we have all the info you were lacking. We travel like crazy and have first hand experience. In many cases we have better pricing than the cruiseline, and we don’t cost you a cent. We are an invaluable source of free information.
