It was okay, could have been better. I will not cuise with Norwegian in the future

The cruise ship was new to our family, the size, food, activities, staff was great experience for our 1st time on the cruise line.

Wonderful trip! Food is amazing, crews are super friendly and helpful, room is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back again!

Although we enjoyed our cruise, the experience and customer service was definitely not on par with our prior cruises. Also a lot of hidden charges that frustrated me.

Great ship and glad I finally got to sail on her. The staff was excellent!

Overall, we liked this cruise and what it offered at the price we paid. We've cruised before on other lines and are looking at other lines again. I would cruise MSC again if the right deal came along. The ship is absolutely stunning! Wish we had been able to go to the island (check out "Building Paradise" on Tubi for a documentary about how it was made) but currents were too strong to dock. Food was good to so-so depending on what you get and when. I wish there were a bigger variety of activities scattered throughout the day. Several times there were things we wanted to do that interfered with our dining time, so we couldn't do them. We could have gone to the buffet to solve that, but by day 3 the adults were pretty "over" the buffet. My kids loved it every time, though. I truly love the kindness and friendliness of a majority of the staff. They dealt with a capacity cruise with their very best. My judgement was impacted by a few experiences that brought that overall score down, but that doesn't mean that staff were intentionally inattentive. Overall, a fun cruise. A cruise is what you make it, but that doesn't mean you don't have to talk about things that can be improved upon. I'd definitely consider one again at the right price-point, but I won't be an "MSC Exclusive".

The good beautiful ship, great service, good food and drinks. The bad Royals beverage package expensive. Ships excursions be careful before choosing. Uncomfortable mattress.

Overall a nice experience with Carnival for our large party of 20. Nice value and wonderful ports on a shorter cruise. Food was above average and good variety.

Overall we enjoyed the cruise. Our two biggest issues were short staffing, especially in the bars, and a lack of enforcement of the adult areas. We get that people want a family friendly environment but that doesnt mean kids need an all access pass to the entire place.

I really enjoyed this cruise,. The water show was amazing. The entertainment staff is amazing including the dance classes. I learned a lot in my neck and back, and massage classes. It's always something to do.

We had the most amazing time. Grandparents (80s), me (50s) and grandkids (11-24). Do it!! You'll love it. 17 days flew by over Christmas and New years

Excellent cruise, the staff were very polite and professional. We were well looked after by everyone. However they need to look into improving their evening entertainment and internet as surely not on par with other cruise lines.

This is the first, last and only time I will sail on MSC. It took over an hour and a half to embark. Food and service in the restaurant was fair, at best. Towels were thin and rough as sandpaper. Couldn’t take a drink into theater. Photocopied menu in restaurant. Daily planner not supplied in cabin (just advertising). Need I continue?

1. very expensive. 2. gratitude were taken on the second day of the trip, i don't know why??? 3. the waiters and staff-do not speak english at all, it was very difficult to communicate. 4. at the restaurant we were waiting a very long time, like 50 min, after that manager sipy kicked us out explaining that after us people still have to eat. it was so rude. 5. entertainment- is not interesting. 6. Air conditioning-bad working.7.-for this huge ship--pools very small. never again with this company!!!!!

Loved the Dr Seuss breakfast. Food was good but not as good as some other cruise lines. Room service was not that great.

We are disappointed in the reduced quality of experience on Holland America Line - on all ships and cruises. Carnival has downgraded the food selection and the unique dining and Mariner amenities we have come to appreciate. We're actually looking for a different cruise line even tho we are close to being 5 stars.

This wasn’t the best ship .I love NCL but for some reason it was very un organized . The best thing was my bartender Benji He was the best . I will not travel on Norwegian breakaway again

Many issues, waited for everything. With cruise changes, staff could not handle all the people effectively, Wi-Fi never worked, ship staff no help,needed to make 4 calls to get both safes fixed, beautiful boat but not enough staff to address issues

It is sad that the staff works so hard to please the people but management does not have what it takes to accommodate such a large group of people.
