Review summary

We are disappointed in the reduced quality of experience on Holland America Line - on all ships and cruises. Carnival has downgraded the food selection and the unique dining and Mariner amenities we have come to appreciate. We're actually looking for a different cruise line even tho we are close to being 5 stars.

Thanks for your comment. I am currently on the Nieuw Amsterdam and find it good, but not exceptional. I thought it was always like that, but based on your comments it looks like it used to be better.

You’ll find the same cuts on all cruise lines … they are all attempting to recoup lost revenue due to COVID.
