Review summary

It is sad that the staff works so hard to please the people but management does not have what it takes to accommodate such a large group of people.

Tough steaks, overcooked fish. HAHA loaded baked potato with nothing on it. Buffet, same foods for 5 days. Buffet did not know how to work a steam table as all foods were room temperature or cold.

Not enough activities, especially considering we could not get into Ocean Cay and spent several days onboard the ship

Bar crew, waiters in dining and cabin steward were great. All others at stores and restaurants need some customer service training.

Ship Quality

They need someone to attend to elevators, and other areas. People would leave food and drinks in elevators or by them and you would see it set there all day. An issue with water on floors. There were many accidents due to standing waters on floors.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our steward was wonderful. He kept our room clean. Only thing was from seeing other cruises, we didn't have any fancy folded towels or candies left for us. I called it a hotel room on water, nothing to write home about.
