Our steward, Amando, was so pleasant and accommodating. He made sure our room was cleaned twice a day. Chocolate on our pillows every night. The MDR, Jaime and Kendra where the absolute best!! My husband liked the brown bread at the buffet. He asked is they had the bread in MDR, which they did not. But Jaime made it happen and my husband had his brown bread every night we ate in MDR. And Kendra made sure it was nice and warmed up for him. The ship was clean, all of the staff were friendly. There was not one bad moment on this cruise, loved every second of it!!

Celebrity is a very good cruise line. An aft cabin with balcony is always our first choice and this one did not disappoint at all! Amazing that the balcony was larger than the entire cabin. Carleen at is an excellent cruise specialist and we always make sure she is handling our cruise reservations.

We have no regrets taking this family cruise, but was slightly disappointed about the overall staff (maybe they were understaffed?). Compared to my previous experiences, this was probably my least favorite cruise, but I am happy with the memories my family made and would cruise again.

RCCL could use some work. No more turn down service- compasses are now online unless you ask- food has lost its quality in the Main Dining Room and drink prices have become ridiculous.

The on board staff spoiled us in every aspect. I was especially spoiled by the bartenders Artawan, Jolen, & Ter; the restaurant staff Shane & Alba: and my stateroom attendant I Nengah Darsana. I would give their service 20 out of 10 stars.

very costly trip with so many extras being pushed on the cruiser. Everywhere you go it costs even for soda at dinner. Also, so much waste at dinner and worry about the cost on the environment with the constant emissions. Crew worked hard and pleasant. by lilwags

We wanted to give kids a first experience with cursing but what ever they did they asked if it costed more? They were anxious over doing things or even getting a soda. The nickel and diming on this ship was horrible. We bought on soda drink that could not even be used at diner so what was the point? This company is just making money and wonder about the environment with the constant smell of fuel and running of the engine and I hope something is being done about this.

Carnival Cruise Line Guest Services Department 3655 NW 87th Avenue Miami, FL 33178 Subject: Complaint regarding poor experience onboard Carnival Cruise (December 30, 2023, to January 4, 2024) Dear Carnival Cruise Line, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the poor experience I had during my recent cruise onboard Carnival. From the moment I embarked on December 30, 2023, until my disembarkation on January 4, 2024, I encountered numerous issues that significantly impacted my vacation. First and foremost, I would like to address the issue of unruly youth running throughout the ship. Despite contacting your staff multiple times, I was consistently directed to the guest service on the 7th floor. Unfortunately, my concerns were not effectively addressed, and the problem persisted throughout my entire stay. This lack of action from your guest service team made it evident that my complaints were not taken seriously, and it greatly affected my overall enjoyment of the cruise. Moreover, I would like to bring to your attention a specific incident that occurred on December 31, 2023, on the 10th floor. I was almost run over by a group of running youths, and when I approached a security guard for assistance, I was once again directed to the guest service on the 7th floor. This repetitive pattern of being redirected without any resolution was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling unheard and neglected. I spent a significant portion of my vacation calling guest service and visiting the 7th floor, hoping for a resolution to the issues I encountered. However, my efforts were in vain, as no adequate action was taken to address the concerns I raised. This not only wasted my precious vacation time but also left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Carnival. I understand that maintaining order and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests can be challenging, but it is the responsibility of the cruise line to address and resolve such issues in a timely and effective manner. Regrettably, this was not the case during my cruise, and I believe it is crucial for Carnival Cruise Line to take immediate action to rectify these shortcomings. In light of my experience, I kindly request the following: 1. A formal apology for the poor service and lack of action taken in response to my repeated complaints. 2. A thorough investigation into the incidents of unruly youth behavior and the implementation of measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. 3. Compensation for the significant inconvenience and disappointment caused during my cruise. This could be in the form of a partial refund or a credit towards a future Carnival cruise. I believe that by addressing these concerns and taking appropriate action, Carnival Cruise Line can not only rectify the negative experience I encountered but also improve the overall guest satisfaction and ensure a more enjoyable experience for future passengers.
