Caribbean - Western Cruise Reviews

After this experience I won't book another Royal Caribbean Cruise. I will also listen to previous reviews and research the age of the boat and latest updates.

We have always had an incredible time on Mariner. The staff is amazing and you never feel too overwhelmed by all that it has to offer. The arcade could use a lot of improvements, an the elevators tend to be slow moving, but otherwise I've never had a complaint sailing on Mariner. My daughter unfortunately had to visit medical while on board and the staff was very kind and helpful throughout the process. Our room steward was nothing short of amazing and so attentive to us (Mariano). He is VERY much appreciated and a true asset to Royal Caribbean.

Loved the family time, celebrated my 50th birthday while on ship, and made a ton of memories. I would however not recommend this particular ship for families. It is more for friends and single passengers. Love the staff, every single person in charge of us was amazing.

We had the most enjoyable time. So many fun things to do is we wanted to participate, but also plenty of time for relaxation in the sun. The Horizon is an awesome ship. I have sailed her twice, and would definitely do it again.

Worst cruise I have ever been on. I have cruised more than 8 times. I have been on Carnival, Disney and Royal Caribbean. We thought Celebrity would be good since they are a sister line to Royal Caribbean but was utterly disappointed.

It was a nice break. I like leaving out of New Orleans and they claim the ship is going in to dry dock.

This is a very good cruise which gives a good balance of sea days and shore days. Every staff member we interacted with was impeccable. The ship was clean and attractive. For people traveling with children, there are plenty of activities to keep the little ones occupied. People without children have a good selection of activities, as well.

Our cruise was wonderful and we highly recommend Harmony of the Seas to everyone. The Embarkation and disembarkation process was very organized. The entire ship staff made our cruise a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We plan to book another cruise on this ship in the near future.

I'm loyal to Royal. this was my 21st with RCCL. The Itinerary was great. I enjoy the Sea Days to explore the ship. Had not sailed in February before, and was surprised by the rain as we were heading back to Galveston. could not enjoy the pool deck that day unfortunately. it was a great time to get away.

We royally enjoyed this cruise on the Wonder of the Seas! We want to recognize the following staff for going over and beyond and making our experience more enjoyable: Mano (Windjammer a.m.), Yasa (room attendant), Reynal and Christopher (Giovanni) , Noel (Coastal Kitchen)

Overall a great cruise. It's all about the people you go with. Despite some of the staff being grumpy, this was the best cruise I've ever had because of the people I was with. This group would be fun in an empty room!

Overall, I had a very enjoyable cruise on the Wonders of the Sea. I would recommend the experience to anyone interested in a cruise. There was much to do with many activities, restaurants and shows.

The Wonder is a very large and very beautiful ship. There is so much to do. The only problems for an older couple is the amount of children running around and causing some problems. If you don't want to have to deal with screaming babies and whoever in there right mind would bring an infant baby on a cruise is beyond me. They don't have developed immune systems yet and they are being exposed to thousands of person. I probably will not cruise on a ship that has mostly children on it. Royal doesn't do a good job of keeping them out of the ho-tubs jumping in a splashing guests while the parents are not monitoring them becasue their off drinking. The pools and hot tubs are a joke crammed packed with unruly children and no personal to monitor. Royal needs to have a pool that's just for adults and Royal needs to monitor that to keep it adult only. Royal next cruise shouldn't lie and say that a particular cruise wont have hardly any children on it at a particular time. Parents will always illegally take there children out of school so they can go on a cruise when they want and not at spring break. Royal needs to have an ship like Icon and Wonder that is has like a 10% limit for persons under 21 years old. I know that people will say just go on a Princess, I agree but Royal is big enough and is constantly adding new mega ships that they can have at least 1 ship mainly dedicated to adults. I don't want to loose Crown and Anchor points and I like RC except for the huge amount of children.

We are long time R/C (diamond level) users, but we will take a break from using them for a while. Maybe they will return to former excellence in food, drinks, entertainment.

We all had a wonderful time and can't wait to to it all over again soon

No shows, bad comedians, and got off with COVID. Three times in a row Jan, Dec, and now Feb.
