First Princess cruise and probably last. Very disappointing. Short staffed, tasteless, low quality food, took 45 minutes to get water at bars, room service was missing something from every order, no hand sanitizer and staff was not very sociable. Eight out of nine of us ended up with covid.

Had a great trip! The food was so-so but activities, drinks, hospitality made up for it.

Do it! It was absolutely amazing and the excursions were breathtaking!

Was a very nice vacation. We will return because we love cruise.

The people cruising made it fun. They made me a rock star at karaoke lol. They needed more pools and eateries for the number of people. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Billing was also confusing.

It was a great cruise. It was my third and my husbands first. Will definitely do it again with Carnival.

The ship was great. We stayed in the retreat area and really enjoyed the area. The area for out side in the retreat area was perfect you could get out of the pool and go and sit down and have lunch

Our first and the last in Royal ships. Princess cruises are much better foods and disembarkation arrangement. Poor choice and quality of food items. Never again sail . Music was lousy and loud.

Very few hand sanitizing stations esp on lido deck where food was. 2 of us ended up with Covid once we got home. Desserts very dry, nothing special anymore. Fewer dessert choices in actual dining room. Food just ok now. Not as good as in the past.

The dream was the most boring boat I have been on

The ship was nice the food could be better. We were in a noisy cabin so we did not get enough sleep due to the noise coming from above.

Stormy cruise with Hurrican Beryl raging, but nonetheless an enjoyable cruise! We were bummed to miss Costa Maya but understand the decision. The staff is commendable. Ship has a great layout. Embarkation and Disembarkation can be way smoother like in other Cruise Lines (Celebrity and Royal Carribean)

The Jubilee is a beautiful ship and you can def tell a difference from the older ships. It is quite a bit larger so keep that in mind if you have issues walking. Entertainment was good, food was good, and staff was amazing!

Took first Royal Caribbean in March and thought we would be spoiled to go back on a Carnival with an interior cabin. We had an amazing time, found things to do even on the Costa Maya day which turned into a fun day at sea. The ship added Bingo and a Showdown game show. The Bingo game added big prized too.

The 7-Day Cruise is somewhat exhausting having four stops back to back

Although I wasn't totally satisfied on this particular trip, I will plan another trip with Royal Caribbean Cruise line.

Cruise was okay for a really old ship. Definitely need more kids' activities though.

It was great, we already booked the next one. They kept us safe and kept us out an extra day to avoid the hurricane at no cost

Great, short cruise from NOLA to Cozumel. We've been on this several times and it is always fun and relaxing. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. The port are great too. Only wish the ship had been updated.
