Need to give the guests more information about announcements. No speakers in the room , so we missed nearly ALL announcements. The first day we expected a bottle of champagne & a fruit basket instead, we got one small apple & two very small bananas on a very small plate. For purchasing a suite, there should have been more perks, like free or discounted wifi. If I had known that this, I wouldn't have wasted money purchasing a suite! Was not happy with that at all!

This excursion was WAYYYY OVERRATED! Spent over $350 for 3 ppl to only go to a beach which was beautiful but we had to order lunch which was served b4 10a due to the excursion was over at noon. No tour of Grand Caymen, everything was extra to purchase, such as the $425 Cabana, & for the jet ski's, snorkeling, ect...was all extra. So, I paid for a 5min ride to the beach, a hamburger, fries nd one free drink, which I seriously doubt it was free. For that price, It should have been unlimited food & drinks!
