Itinerary was decent; weather was unbearable; entertainment was good but food was terrible. Service was ok

The cruise was good. Met many nice people. The staff that service me was great but the food and beverage buyer needs to be replace.

Thee cruise was overall good, The stops were ok, but I would avoid many of them in the future, The food was good and the special restaurant "Cagney's " was excellent! What made the cruise worthwhile was the high quality of entertainment on board!

I made dinner reservations on line before the cruise. When I got on the ship and made a reservation for Le Bristo, my other reservations could not be found and I had to remake then even though I had a printed confirmation

All cruises are a lot of fun. The ship was full and we were not used to that but it was nice to be back to normal. I estimated that only 2% of the employees and of the passengers wore masks.

Been on NCL many times but I am disappointed at its current state of affairs My family and I will try other cruise lines in the future

Easy embarkation and disembarkation. Service staff were wonderful and I'd cruise with Princess again.

Enjoyed the 10 days we spent cruising. The staffs and personnel were always pleasant and welcoming .

I completely enjoyed every aspect if my cruise vacation. I plan to travel NCL again in the future.

We enjoyed our cruise. We always travel with our friends of 40 years which always makes it fun.

First cruise in 3 years due to the pandemic. 25 th with NCL. Great to get back out but to many cutbacks by NCL. No coffee in the cabins, no champagne in the room, staff short handed in the restaurants. Cigar bar was a big issue. Circulation was awful. We reported several times to no avail. To many cigarette smokers allowed in. To limited places to smoke outside. Worst entertainment we have had in 25 cruises. Bring back entertainers like Kenny Bird, Rod Long and Terrence G.

Will never sail on this ship again, for obvious reasons. Husband is nearly put off RCL completely until I reminded him, we have had great cruises in the past. This was an anomaly, sadly for us. We had been waiting for this trip for five years. We were supposed to take this in February of 2020 and RCL postponed us until Jan 2023. We were not allowed to change ships without losing money, nor we were allowed to change anything else. So we were held captive on to this ship - so wait five years for a cruise and have it be this bad is really upsetting.

Great experience, Staff were friendly and accomodating. Food was delicious. Entertainment fun. Enjoyed days at sea.

This cruise looked very good on paper with all of the amenities included, however it seemed that many passengers were overserved alcohol and servers were insufficient at most points of service. It was the noisiest, least organized cruise I have ever taken.

We were disappointed with the ship. It was very crowded, noisy and difficult to get around since we had a scooter. I'm sure that new cruisers who were young and didn't have mobility issues they would have loved the experience. Since I've been on many cruises I would say the Epic was the worst cruise I've been on. Unfortunately, In addition, some of the guests we cruised with came home with the Covid virus.

Was by far my least favorite cruise. There was just nothing I could say to make this a great or good experience.

The most important thing about this cruise was the fabulous itinerary, but the timing of Bonaire and St. Lucia was off, and the ship's size and vast number of passengers made it a little less spectacular. Getting to bars and restaurants was difficult and unless you went to Deck 18 to lay out, it was always loud and crowded. (Now I understand why they have the Haven). It also felt like everything was extra, including the Ice Bar, bowling, the Arcade...it went on and on. Overall it was good, but not great.

Excellent ship. Would recommend this itinerary to everyone. Shows were great too,

Trying to get a lounge chair by the pool was a joke. They were ALWAYS full before 8:00 am and no one sits in them. Should be monitored better!! The fist couple days bartenders were at a premium. Need on at each bar. He on arrival on ship, there was lots of confusion as to where things were located (I.e. muster location). We were told 3 different locations and not on same level and had an individual in our party the used a cane, so extra unneeded walking was irritating.

We had fun, and really enjoyed the islands especially. St Kitts and Antigua and St Martin were easily our favorites. Warm sun in January!
