Live entertainment was average at best compared to past cruises

WE SELECTED THE ROUTE FOR THE 11 DAY CRUISE. WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ENTERTAINMENT, OR LACK THERE OF. THE CANCELATION OF THE LAST PORT IS AN ONGOING ISSUE. IF WE HAD KNOWN THIS WE WOULD HAVE SELECTED A DIFFERENT ROUTE. MAKING 4 DAYS AT SEA. NOT ACCEPTABLE. ENJOYED MAJORITY OF THE PORTS.

We enjoyed this itinerary, and would have loved to have had an extra hour to peruse the port on the really short days. The ship is missing some of the outdoor spaces of the newer NCL ships, but has far fewer passengers and only rarely felt overcrowded, except at the pool. We struggled to find engaging things to do on board that didn't cost extra to participate. However, that allowed me time to read 3 books over the course of the cruise.

The Crew, the Ports, the Food, the Incredible Entertainers and fun shipboard activities made this a trip to remember for a long long time!!!!

Great itinerary, food was ok, staff was great , all ship seats are worn out and need new cushions

watch out. NCL nickle and dimes you for everything. example: fuzzy navel which is 1 ahot of schnapps and oj-$24

overall experience is great, wish that entertainment is not repeated, variety of performance is needed. Entertainment cruise like Maria, Igor, Marc, Andrey, Alejandro, Bruno and the Acivity Director, forgot the name, she's very good. Most especially, the last show that everyone participated to act on various movies... this was fantastic.. Overall, can't ask for ore, they're hardworking and very committed.

In general, the cruise met our goal which was to get into warm weather to relax and enjoy the sun shine. We were able to see countries that we hadn't visited before and spent time in the ocean.

We chose this cruise because it was repositioning and was going to some islands we have not been to. It was different to leave out of New York in the frigid weather and sail into warmer weather. The staff and service certainly had its issues. This was the first NCL cruise after the pandemic that we have been on. Not sure if the issues we encountered were isolated to this cruise or if it is the new normal for NCL. We are kind of tied to NCL due to our loyalty level. I will sail again with them hoping that the next cruise will be better.

Over all enjoyed the cruise. Casino very smoking, dinning room staff great, and cabin very clean. Granddaughter loved the kids program and is already asking when we will be cruising again. Love cruising but will skip sailing from Miami in the future as getting on/off the ship was a nightmare.

All service crew were highly attentive and worked hard to provide the best surive. Room cleaning crew was amazing best ever, main dining service also worked very hard. Worderful people all over the ship!

Old ship, clean but very old. Balcony had lots of ugly rust. Water in shower was only warm, at best, some of the time. Steward was not attentive. Waiters in main dining room were good at dinner but breakfast and lunch, not so much, very slow service and inattentive. Food was so/so at best and sometimes down right awful. Activities and most music were good. Promenade was fun enough. We got a great deal so we didn't pay much, so we are less critical. But had I paid full price, I'd be upset.

This was one of my best cruises ever. Everything went well. The food in the MDR was great.

A vacation to remember. Everything was perfect. I would do it again!

after three Holland cruises in the past year there is a noticeable difference in the staff attitude and lack of service on the Lido and Pool deck. It also seems that Holland has "cheaped out" on a lot of services from past years. As I said Holland cruises in the past year it appears that COVID was the excuse for service cuts, but like in baseball Three Strikes "YOUR OUT"

iWe enjoyed the number of Ports which included 2 overnights. This is probably one of our best experiences on Royal Caribbean to date.

Cannot say enough about our Room steward Edward and our Waiter and Asst. Waiter Raju and Rohit. They really made the Trip for us Spectacular. Thank You.

Celebrity Beyond is a work of art, beautiful inside and out. The crew were wonderful, the entertainment top quality and creative. The Oceanview Cafe offered an array of delicious food, with many different choices each day. We loved the Magic Carpet and our well appointed ocean view room and location.
