Old ship, clean but very old. Balcony had lots of ugly rust. Water in shower was only warm, at best, some of the time. Steward was not attentive. Waiters in main dining room were good at dinner but breakfast and lunch, not so much, very slow service and inattentive. Food was so/so at best and sometimes down right awful. Activities and most music were good. Promenade was fun enough. We got a great deal so we didn't pay much, so we are less critical. But had I paid full price, I'd be upset.

We mainly ate in the dining room and the food was not all that great. Some food items were even bad. Fish, always mushy. One time the lobster was spoiled. Paid extra for a Chops steak and it was, of course, great. Desserts were plain and without any luster or special feeling. Entrees were mostly lacking flavor and any approaching a feeling of being upscale. The service on dinners was great, breakfast and lunch slow and uncaring. Johnny Rockets food was good but they are understaffed and the wait is ridiculous and some food was cold by the time it came. Giovanni's was great in every way.
Onboard Activities

Flow Rider and karaoke were good, although only one karaoke host was really interested in the activity. Others could not have care less. The Tube slide was less than great, didn't have enough water. The rock climibing was pretty fun.
Entertainment

Most bands and artists were good. The piano bar guy was not. He over sang everyone, so hardly anyone joined in and he played sad songs, just not a great entertainment venue. Most times piano bars are great but his guy was a drag.
Service and Staff

Drink runners, not enough by a lot. Hard to get a drink unless you walked yourself to a bar. Waiters at nught were great, during the day, no. Room steward did bare minimum and only came once a day. Hard to find when we needed something. He did help us with the hard mattress but other than that, below what I expect.
Ship Quality

Ship's layout is fine but she is OLD. Carpet torn, rust galore on the balcony, just looked old almost everywhere. The promenade was nice, but needed more shopping options. It was very clean tho, very clean, just old.

It was clean but very old. Shower door was nice as it kept in the water but the water was cold a lot of the time. It also looked very worn. The balcony was rusted out in places, not great to look at. The ship is jusy old, clean but old.
