Review summary

Over all enjoyed the cruise. Casino very smoking, dinning room staff great, and cabin very clean. Granddaughter loved the kids program and is already asking when we will be cruising again. Love cruising but will skip sailing from Miami in the future as getting on/off the ship was a nightmare.

Worse embarkation experience. Crowded, no where to sit, did not matter when you were to board, even those without priority boarding where getting on at anytime.

Loved the extended aft balcony. Quite and beautiful views while sailing.

Ship tip

Watch the YouTube videos on how elevators work. Totally different then other ships.

Have cruised from other ports and would not recommend leaving from Miami. Parking was easy but the boarding process was horrible. Rude port staff, pushing everyone into small cramped areas.

Disembarkation

Long lines and no seating for those who have mobility difficulties. Several times lines totally stopped moving for 20-30 minutes. Customs had issues with machines going down.
