Kelly is amazing! She is kind and patient while answering questions. She works hard to find the perfect ship, room and ports of call for your family! We already have 2025 and 2026 booked with her! I can’t recommend Kelly enough!!

We had a great time on the cruise, some comments below... 1. Would like better communication. The Magic had it's incident in Jamaica days before our departure. It was very concerning for us. We did not get one communication from Carnival stating that all was well with the ship. 2. We're in our 60's. This was our first trip. Restrooms were hard to find. Need better signs/directions to restrooms. 3. We bought the drink package (wife and I). We attended the Superbowl in the Magic theatre. I got up to get drinks at the Atrium bar for my wife and I using my card and her card. No problem. Next time I went to get drinks, different bartender. He would not serve drinks stating that both parties had to be present to give drinks. I got disturbed because the other bartender that served us drinks was standing right there. This bartender was the only bartender on the entire trip to not honor the drink cards. This caused me anxiety for the remainder of the trip (8 nights) and I never went to the Atrium bar again. Point being, if you have a policy it needs to be 100% enforced or 0% enforced, if not you're just pissing off customers. Shout out to Alisha and Jason at the Red Frog Pub, they were great! Also, Darma at the Iguana bar was fantastic also!

Outstanding Cruise, Outstanding Captain, Outstanding Food and Outstanding Crew (Service)

This cruise was the worst we have ever been on. The food, the overworked staff, and cleanliness were the problems that we saw on this ship. We have never seen any of these problems on any other ship. We all got colds and gastrointestinal problems which we attributed to overall lack of cleanliness in food preparation and general cleaning on the boat. On other boats you would always see crew wiping down railings and always busy cleaning open areas. Bartenders were overworked and it was hard to even order a drink. Behind bar was a mess because they were so busy trying to help customers. In the buffet they covered juice dispenser after breakfast so no juice was allowed for remainder of the day so only choices were water, coffee, or hot tea. It seemed as if cost-cutting had impacted the cruiser's experience. The rating which includes port calls should not be interpreted as a better rating for the ship and its services.

Overall we had a very good time and would choose Celebrity again for sure. Food, service, theater entertainment, cabin comfort, and sailing experience was excellent. Areas to improve would be wasted space with a real grass area that was completly under utilized ie more seating, deck/court activities, much greater purpose than 'real grass'!!!!!

GOOD TRIP UNTIL ONE PASSENGER BECAME ILL & THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAME HORRIBLE IN PREPARING DISEMBARKING & TRAVEL BACK TO ORIGINAL PORT.

It was a good cruise but I think I would have liked at least 1 sea day The Viva is a excellent ship but Norwegian missed the mark on a few things on the making of the ship. I would recommend it

We have been on Seabourn and Regent Seas and the Haven experience was just as good, if not better. I'm ruined for life!

This was our 1st cruise, but we were with seasoned cruisers. We were soured by the surprise charges. Other than that we will definitely be cruising again. We even found a rubber duck!! IYKYK.

We travelled with a group of 11 and while this was not our first RCCL sailing it was for 9 other people in our group. Every one of the other people in our group were as impressed with the food, service and ship as we have always have been

Jewel of the Seas is beautiful from the outside but needs many updated inside. Staterooms were overvalued, fixtures falling apart, lack of cleanliness (which is to be home for a week), food is underwhelming although service provided by food and beverage were good.

DO NOT SAIL ON JEWEL OF THE SEAS UNTIL REFURBISHED. ROYAL CARIBBEAN LACK OF COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS IS AN ISSUE.

It was a very relaxing cruise with great food, great service and great mainstage entertainment.

Overall, another spectacular cruise. Although it was 8 days, I still wasn’t ready to get off and face reality. I hated to leave. Cruise director, Georgia made everything fun and hearing her Aussie accent, energy and professionalism. The seas were very calm for the majority of the cruise. The ship is impressive internally and staff incredibly polite, hospitable and professional. There is a reason why we only sail Carnival……they know how to have fun! Keep up the GREAT work!

Overall, I was on vacation, so had a fun time. I would like to see the app be more user friendly, as it kicked us out constantly and provided no availability for me to stay in contact with our group. Disembarkation was awful.

Overall, it was a great cruise. The ports were beautiful, staff was amazing, I'd definitely do this itinerary again

Loved the itinerary......2 sea days, 3 ports, 2 sea days.......super relaxing!

It was a really fun experience. The shore excursions were very enjoyable and well run. All the people I met were friendly and I didn't want for anything.

This is the best run cruiseline I have ever been on! Staff was amazing! Variety of entertainment for all. Food was good. Guests were fun!! I need to specifically mention that I have been on 20+ cruises with different cruiselines, now that drink packages have become common to purchase on cruises, the ships seem to be "understaffed" in this area and typically it has been difficult to easily get a drink and very frustrating. BUT not on the Reflection! We were very impressed at the availablilty of getting a beverage all around the ship!All the bars indoors and especially the pool area had rolling carts, pop up bar, permanent bars and plenty of bar staff walking around taking orders. Great job! Overall we felt genuinely welcome on this vacation! While on board we booked another Celebrity cruise for next year! Keep up the good work Celebrity!!!
