GOOD SHIP -RECOMMEND WAITING UNTIL IT GOES INTO PORT FOR REFURB TO SAIL
DUE TO ILLNESS, DISEMBARKING WAS NECESSARY. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE PORT AGENT WOULD ASSIST US IN MAKING ARRANGEMENT FOR OUR STAY ON ISLAND AS WELL AS ASSISTING IN TRAVEL HOME. WE HAD TO ASK HIM TWICE TO LOCATE A PLACE TO STAY ON THE ISLAND & WE HAD TO PAY FOR TAXI TRANSPORTATION TO GET THERE. HE DID NOT ASSIST IN ARRANGING TRANSPORTATION BACK TO US PORT. THIS RESULTED IN FRUSTRATION IN A FOREIGN ISLAND TO FIGURE OUT FLIGHTS WITH NO PHONE SERVICE ON OUR CELLS. A VERY DIFFICULT TASK WHICH INCURRED MANY EXPENSES WITH BOTH FLIGHTS & HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2 DAYS.DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THAT AREA.
