I don’t think I will sail carnival again. The booking experience was terrible as well. Dont give an offer, and then rescind it when you can’t comply.

I really enjoyed the Freedom. I just think for me next time I would choose a cruise geared more towards adults.

We had a great time, Carnival Freedom ship was great, food, entertainment -anything you want is there. Just know that it's a whole lot of walking so mobility is so important. Our only complaint was the temperature in our room -we froze the entire time. no way to regulate the temperature.

Staff were awesome. Housekeeping, food staff, wait staff, cruise directors, crew, etc. all hard workers. Specialty dining 50/50 shot a good food and overpriced but buffet great. Bar areas and common areas overly congested. The only place to go to get away from the overwhelming sound of people was your room. Who wants to stay in your room? Activity schedules need tweaking. Excursions were not as described and disappointing. More photographers needed to help capture events only came across one photographer. Definitely a party atmosphere not relaxing. If I give the cruise a score it would be 5.5 out of 10.

This was a girls trip and my daughter and I had a great time. We purchased the passes to the Vibe Beach Club and were very happy we did. The waitstaff is phenomenal and we met some great people there. If you're looking to be in the pool a lot, be prepared to get there at the crack of dawn. It was always packed. We didn't get to the pool until the last day when everyone was at the private island. But we knew that going into the trip and it didn't bother us.

Went as a graduation celebration trip! We had a wonderful time both on and off the ship!

Firth time on Norwegian cruise line and both my husband and I really enjoyed it. Wish you had shipd sailing out of Norfolk Virginia. We would definitely book another cruise in the future.

Great cruise. Except for the lack of a "formal show" on the ship, everything else was simply amazing. "Cruisin Susan" was amazing as the cruise director.

Awesome from beginning to end. The 8 days were just enough to re-cooperate in the spa after the 4 days of ports. Son enjoyed his graduation cruise and husband celebrated his 56 birthday with many family and friends.

Average cruise with less than average entertainment. I still had a great time due tot he friends family and people I met along the way. But, Carnival didn't move the needle much in order to keep me happy and entertained.

We were not overly thrilled about this cruise. We have cruised over 25 times and the clientele wasn't what we are use to. We probably will not go on Carnival again. The service in the dining room was very poor. Food wasn't all that great neither. There were other choices to eat so we were glad for that. Pizza was good, and Guys burgers was a hit. Embarkation and debarkation was easy enough. It moved quickly and easy but the shuttle service to the airport thru the cruise line was so slow, having to wait a long time for the bus.

We had a great experience on this cruise!!! The ship was clean and there was always something fun to do. The food was great, there was always something open, we tried almost everything and there wasn't one meal we didn't like. The staff was very friendly, especially our room steward, the bartenders, and the cruise director MarQ. The comedy shows and performances were all entertaining and even though there was usually a line to get in, we would show up after doors opened and always found a spot. Embarkation, disembarkation, and the ports were all organized and efficient. We did notice it was slightly smaller than other Carnvial ships we've been on but it really didn't make a difference for us. We always found seating outside and there was constant entertainment which was great. We didn't have anything to complain about and it was our favorite cruise yet!!

We had a great time regardless of dining room experience. Everyone was friendly the entertainment was amazing. Always felt a fun vibes. The visiting ports were great. There were always something to do on the ship.

I wish we would of really had a serenity of quiet - people drunk in adult pool area - no relaxing. A hottub or small pool without alcohol and music would of been nice.

This was our first experience with Carnival and will probably be our last. The best part of the trip was meeting new people. Unimpressed with the ship, staff, and overall cleanliness.

The cruise was great but having a fall in San Juan and hurting myself was not pleasant. All I needed at the medic was to be bandage 🤕 me and wanted to charge me an outrageous price. Very disappointed 😢

Ship was amazing! Only thing I would change is leaving Serenity hot tub open longer than 9pm. I would say 12 midnight or even 1am.
