Review summary

We had a great time regardless of dining room experience. Everyone was friendly the entertainment was amazing. Always felt a fun vibes. The visiting ports were great. There were always something to do on the ship.

Main dining room’s food good. Waiters were friendly but the front desk staff on deck 5 weren’t so accommodating. We have an issue with the time we were assigned but the didn’t help. So we ate at the Solarium for 6 days and it was absolutely awesome. Food was 5star quality service was excellent Promenade cafe was also great. Windjammer was good but too busy… Staff was excellent the food was great

Entertainment was great we partied everything night at the Boleros. The band Latin steps was excellent. They played Latin music for everyone’s taste. The bar and waiters were awesome and friendly.

All were excellent except for the dining room 4th floor ( front desk) He wasn’t rude but he didn’t help at all although from the very first day of the cruise we explained that a 5 pm sitting would be better for medical reasons. He and another man took our information told us that they will accommodate and sifted us. How the next day we came back at 5pm as per their instructions they told rudely that our sitting was for 6:45pm on deck 3. So again we ate and never went back to the main dining until someone called and told us that it was okay to come at five again and we realized that it wasn’t an assigned table. While we were eating the managers went around us asking everyone how they were doing. We didn’t feel comfortable at all. So we decided to go the Solarium and ate there every day

Cabin was beautiful clean carpet balcony and bathroom were excellent room attendant Cherise was perfect. Did our laundry twice. She kept the room clean she was friendly and attentive
