Everyone it’s frustrated about the change of the itinerary….

Food was fair, didn’t find most of staff to be overly nice as compared to other cruises we’ve been on .

Was a great time everyone was courteous and helpful

On the first day, we said we would never go MSC again, but things totally turned around on the second day ---- so much so that we booked another one! Special thanks to our Cabin Steward Glenn; waiter Rusdi and his assistant Thomas; and our favorite bartender, Mikhail (from Greece)! They totally were the reason for our change in attitude toward MSC.

The ship was excellent. Unfortunately because of hurricane Milton our itinerary was changed. The only port we were able to stop at was Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. Six days at sea was a bit too long for me but we understood, safety first.

Overall cruise was very nice and cast were super and helping making it fun

WE WERE AVOIDING A HURRICANE THIS CRUISE. THE CAPTAIN'S PRIORITY WAS OUR SAFETY & HE DID AN EXECELLENT JOB!

This trip had a plan for Nassau, Princess Cays and then back to Jacksonville. Thanks to Hurricane Milton, things changed. Nassau was very rainy so our excursion was canceled and we were quickly refunded our money which we used for other things on the cruise. The hurricane did not allow for us to port at Princess Cays but our captain got a port at Freeport and that was a perfect day! We had 2 extra days added to our cruise because of the weather and the whole crew was amazing! They were all happy and made great schedules for all of the people on board.

We had a good time on the weekend cruise. The food and the events were amazing. Our cabin with the view to the boardwalk was awesome.

Worst customer service ever no empathy, patience, or good communication at all. Extremely disappointed and would never book another trip with them again.

The ship is beautiful and a step above Carnival. However felt like this ship was all about getting more money after you pay 3000 - 5000 to travel on the ship. There should be more items included for your money!

Definitely won't do a 3 day cruise again, and will use Royal Carribean next time.

As soon as you enter the Ship freedom takes over your entire being. All of the staff are so helpful and considerate of each guest. It was my husbands and my cousins husbands first cruise. They loved it so much we are planning our next cruise already. Put this on your list not your bucket list. Cruiser for life. Try it you just may love it!!!!!

Overall, MSC is a great cruise line, but this ship could use some more employees. I think that was part of the problem. There was not enough staff on the ship. The bartenders need to learn how to be more friendly and courteous had to wait a long time to get a drink, and then when I got my drink, it was not right, ordered a frozen drink several times and every time it was like drinking flavored water dance team that is supposed to go around the ship and entertain wasn’t very entertaining. Hardly saw them at all. The maid stage at the pool was closed the majority of the cruise it was only open one night for the white party , so disappointed that was not a good ship to go dancing on because there was not much dancing going on there, but that will not stop me from doing another. I will give it a second chance. The kids club was the best part of the cruise, the staff in the kids club was outstanding , the manager was great. There was a guy that worked in the kids club. He was awesome. The kids love him a lot and I could see why all the stuff in the kids club were good. Lots of stuff for the kids to do the kids club not enough hot tubs , not hot tub because they were always full of people especially kids. There should be an adult area but there’s not.

Overall, the ship was ok, it was clean. kind of complicated to go from one place to another. to go to the main dining room, you would have to go to the 5th floor walk a lot to take another elevator to the 3rd floor. The prices are very low, and I guess this is the reason they get all types of people on the cruise.

For our first experience with Carnival it was ok. The main thing was hearing my kids complaining about the lack of activities.

Great cruise, wonderful staff, relaxing getaway and excellent food.

Overall for being our first cruise I thought it went really well. We had a bunch of people that were part of a group over 20 of us. I would find another cruise ship to go on Max and not go back to this one but until they refresh it. But overall it was a good experience and don't discourage anybody from trying it if they have not been on this ship and seen all the shows. Thank you. Have a great day

This ship is amazing and the staff aboard even better! You cannot go wrong by sailing on the Allure of the Seas!

The cruise was nice and the food was absolutely fantastic.
