The staff in the community area and in the restaurant was amazing. My only concern was the state room attendant. We did not get our room picked up at night, not bed turned over, and we asked for a bucket of ice and that never came.

I felt the disembarking was very disorganized. The pick up area was full of cars, people, and children all over the place. This could use a little bit of organization.
