Overall, it's a relax trip, I really enjoy the escape away from the city life. However, this ship is not really kids (under 5 & below 42in) friendly.

MSC Staff was not forthright when it came to providing complete info at booking, was told we needed to bring own distilled water for CPAP and that a plug was available at bedside. Later, on ship when we noted this was a chance to evaluate MSC for future European cruises but wouldn't be able to get water through TSA was told that distilled water was available but didn't want to provide it unless they needed to. No plug at bedside, needed extension cord (refundable $30 on day of disembarkation at guest services). Price is only thing they have going for this cruise line.

The MSC Seashore is a beautiful ship. We were invited by friends to join them about a year ago. We did not look at reviews until about a week before our cruise. Most of the reviews were not great, but we decided to just overlook that and have fun. Although there are many things that can be fixed for a better cruise experience, we still enjoyed it. The private Ocean Cays island was really great! The lighthouse light show and dance party on the beach at sunset was the highlight of the trip.

Not what we expected-over promised and then sort of ignored by the upper powers. No real outreach once they got money and costs were too much.

Beautiful ship. Modern design. Spacious cabin and bathroom. Entertainment was great. Lots to do and see. Staff and customer service were great. Mandera spa was great and relaxing. Enjoyed a 1 day pass. Food in main dining room is hit or miss. Would definitely cruise this ship again.

This cruise was a first time cruise for several of my sister circle members, they truly enjoyed themselves and are awaiting our next adventure

I will not be doing this particular cruise again. Overall a waste of money for what was offered.

this was my first on Royal Caribbean, Liberty of the Seas. i went with a open mind and i was amazed at the beauty, cleanliness, choices and activities.

Great cruise. Had fun. Would do it again. The water activities were plentiful and well organized. Lots of food everywhere with a good variety. Nice size rooms and balcony. Well worth the time and money.

I don't really have too much to say about this ship only that the app layout was confusing & the buffet of the ship was awful

I took this cruise to spend time with my mother since she loves cruising. She indicated it was the best thing to do and praised the food and activities. Unfortunately, this one did not match up to her appraisal of cruises. I found the food to be mediocre and the activities to be geared toward making money instead of fun for the passengers. I most likely will not go on another cruise but I will not say never. Memories are always good to develop with family and if this is how my mother wants to develop memories I can handle the mediocrity of the events and food. We definitely got your steps in.

overall a good time luckily this was not our first cruise however because the weather made things a tad challenging and missed our perfect day we were so looking forward too.

Great cruise. Since we live about an hour from Port Canaveral it is an easy place to sail from. 4 day cruise to Nassau & Perfect Day was a very nice length.

When I got home I noticed my bill they charged me $9.53 for the mini bar which I don't drink alcohol or soda I brought my own water I was very upset and sent them an email about that no response I will not cruise with them again. The staff who cleaned my room told me things in the mini bars expensive before we started the cruise and I told her I don't drink and I have my own water I know about the mini box service this wasn't my first cruise if I was upset at the end when I got home and I could charge for me by service which I did not touch not sure what's going on with the staff there if they're drinking the alcohol and charge them to me I didn't like that I won't cruise with them again

This was my first cruise and my wife's 2nd. I'm already hooked and looking at 2 cruise for next year.

Overall a good experience for a first time cruiser. I would definitely try some other cruise before coming to a conclusion about the offering from Disney. The biggest disappointing thing was the options of food for the vegetarians, which were very few to say the least. Castaway Cay Island was a good experience and I would like to do similar in the future as well. Overall satisfied with the whole package, though with the amount of money spent I would say in the end I was left wanting a little.

There was nothing majorly wrong, just lots of little things - e.g. no final invoice was laid in our room on the last night. Unexplained charges on our CC that still haven't been resolved 5 days later. The room decor needs updating, towel art was so basic, we couldn't even tell what it was supposed to be. The activities were poorly organized, the show had running problems. The Key advantages were not displayed. The entire "General Store" was dedicated to chocolate and liquor, with only one tiny corner with basic amenities (I forgot my hair spray, and they didn't carry any). Super long lines to get into breakfast buffet. The 'map it' function on the onboard ship finder touchscreens twice gave us "we can't find that destination", so that was broken too. Individually, it seems nitpicky, but taken all together, you expect more when you're dropping $$$$ for 3.5 days onboard.

I could not enjoy my trip due to the noice in my room for the duration of my trip. Customer service did nothing to help me. I was very disappointed in Norwegian .

I've been on a quite a few cruises, two other MSC cruises included. This by far was the worst cruise experience I have had. Food flavorless and even the specialty restaurants or not that much different than the buffets. There were all sorts of catches to everything.
