Review summary

I took this cruise to spend time with my mother since she loves cruising. She indicated it was the best thing to do and praised the food and activities. Unfortunately, this one did not match up to her appraisal of cruises. I found the food to be mediocre and the activities to be geared toward making money instead of fun for the passengers. I most likely will not go on another cruise but I will not say never. Memories are always good to develop with family and if this is how my mother wants to develop memories I can handle the mediocrity of the events and food. We definitely got your steps in.

Ease of embarkation. I believe having my passport made this a flawless process.

Food was mediocre at best. The two food items that were delicious were the vanilla ice cream from the dining room and the omelet made at breakfast. The rest of the food ended up being thrown out.

Maybe I chose the wrong cruise because there were nothing special about the activities. Most of them were games geared toward getting customers to buy items.

It was okay at some of the events but too loud at others.

Look at the maps since not all floors go all the way across. Sometimes you have to go around then down/up

I wish I still had a mother to hang out with good or bad. Glad u still went with her for the memory. Hope it is better for you the next time.
