I could not enjoy my trip due to the noice in my room for the duration of my trip. Customer service did nothing to help me. I was very disappointed in Norwegian .

We sailed Oceania last Spring. EVERYTHING in the room vibrated, especially the hanging closet doors which banged against the wall ALL NIGHT LONG. We even had a glass of water dance its way off the table.

Argh. That noise would drive me insane too! We had an issue on Princess years ago…..they checked it out multiple times until they figured it out. In the meantime, they allowed us to move to another room, as someone had got off the ship early, and it was all that was available. Once it was fixed up, we received a lovely apology note and a beautiful bottle of red wine.

Sorry, the noise bothered you, but you can always use the TV for some white noise to cancel out the annoying sounds

Sorry the noise bothered you. You can always bring a noise machine, fan, or even turn on the tv to drown out some noises.
