Review summary

When I got home I noticed my bill they charged me $9.53 for the mini bar which I don't drink alcohol or soda I brought my own water I was very upset and sent them an email about that no response I will not cruise with them again. The staff who cleaned my room told me things in the mini bars expensive before we started the cruise and I told her I don't drink and I have my own water I know about the mini box service this wasn't my first cruise if I was upset at the end when I got home and I could charge for me by service which I did not touch not sure what's going on with the staff there if they're drinking the alcohol and charge them to me I didn't like that I won't cruise with them again

Always check your bill before you leave the ship. Guest services would have rectified it while onboard.

We always have our room steward empty the fridge on the first day so then we can use it for our own purposes. We have a drink package and we never use it all up so when we pass a bar we grab cans of water and Perrier to stock our fridge. Also we follow our bill every day on the tv screen to keep a watch on our bill in real time.

We are not a fan of Nassau either. We seldom get off the ship at that port.
