Elated on the Elation! Best Ship for getting to know the Crew by SharkyNast

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Elation

Just amazing small ship allows you to get to know your Capitan, Crew and Cruise Director. It's our favorite ship not only because we met on the Elation in 2006 but because she is small and easy to navigate as well as get to know everyone on a different level than you can on a big ship... We've made life long friends on the Elation and looking forward to meeting many more!

Pros and Cons by clay58

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Carnival Freedom

Group of 13. We had a great time, there were just some things that could be improved on and seems to have been lacking compared to our other cruise experiences. Mostly, it was about the food and entertainment. Positive things were Camp Ocean, activities available, and the personnel.

Not a great cruise by mgmadeira

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: MSC Divina

MSC focuses so much on the yatch club guests that most times ignores services the rest of the guests. Did not have towels nor toilet paper for 2 days. Had to reach out to guest services 3 times to get Toilet paper. I felt that crew were disconnected from guests. There was a lack of interest in service.

Great Service, but too much nickle and diming by gdwdvm

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Mariner of the Seas

Overall, I enjoyed the cruise, but would reconsider returning due to the number of items that required purchase ("premium" food items at the main dining hall, room service, lots of activities). The Spa and many excursions are overpriced compared to other cruise lines.

Just ok - things have changed! by linamagamo

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Freedom

Disappointed and will try not to sail with Carnival again- no rewards for being a loyal cruiser, less options for food and entertainment, one of us got food poisoning and three more have tested positive for COVID since we arrived

Relaxing and fun Cruise by SaraSpiel

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Liberty of the Seas

Exceptionally nice crew members, amazing dining staff and great entertainment and fun activities for both adults and children. I loved the outdoor movies on the pool deck while we sat in hot tubs. The cruise ship is beautiful and well kept.

Wonderful winter getaway! by jas111s

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Freedom of the Seas

The Royal Caribbean 4 Night Bahamas & Perfect Day cruise exceeded all expectations. The combination of a well-appointed ship, stunning destinations, and exceptional service made it a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Awesome relaxing cruise. Just perfect. by sdesteuben

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Elation

This is a budget cruise on a smaller older ship. One can not compare the larger party central cruises on brand new ships. However, if you want a low key quiet relaxing vacation. This is your ship. That’s what we look for we don’t want the bar / club scene on a ship.

Wonderful Cruise by farmer376

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Liberty

We very much enjoyed the cruise and all the friendly staff we interacted with. We loved the beach and resort on Bimini but if we went back to Nassau we would probably remain on the ship or do and excursion to avoid all the soliciting from the locals.

The ship is very beautiful. I think the quality of the food is not what it used to be. The service was very good.

Good Cruise by snick500

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Vision of the Seas

Good cruise. Better food would make this a great cruise. Menu limited and poor quality of some things served. Desserts are boring. Freeport has nothing but a bunch of shops all selling the same cheap stuff. We had to pay extra money for port improvements in Nassau, but we went to this port. Didn’t go outside the port area. Boring stop. Why do all these shops sell the same stuff on every Caribbean island? They would make some money if they had interesting, different items.

Great Cruise on a small ship by rkkobx

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Vision of the Seas

We had a great time on the Vision. IT was our first cruise out of Baltimore and on the Vision. I was worried the ship would be too small after being on the Oasis class ships, but it was a lot of fun and easy to get around. The crew was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely sail here again!
