Food in buffet was not tasty, food stations were few, and generally overcrowded during lunch and breakfast. Complimentary restaurants should be opened for a longer time during lunches and dinners.

We had a wonderful time. Food was excellent. Ports were awesome.

Loved the areas we saw. Would go back to see them.

We enjoyed the cruise but didn't care to be in St. John's overnight. The weather was not good when we were there.

The phony drinks package. You are offered beverages up to $12 each. But nearly all cocktail and wine selections cost over $13, and if you exceed the $12 ceiling by even $.01, you are charged the entire price.

Their app sucked, didn't work on my phone which is 5g. TV app in room didn't work for me. Had to book everything with front desk.. We got locked out of our room on last night, staff didn't help had to walk to front desk barefoot. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

while I have done a lot of New England -Canada cruises with different people and different cruiselines, this was fresh and new since it was 'Canada intensive' and we visited many new ports in Canada. It was fun discovering new places . Okay, full disclosure. Highlight was Cow Creamery in Charlottetown! Ply me with ice cream and I'll follow you anywhere...

because of weather we went south it was ok .. could do without Nassau but we made the best of it .. oh and it would be NICE to hear announcements on the room speaker ..some of with hearing loss had to open cabin door to hear what was said if passengers don't want to hear in cabin they can turn off speaker

Due to Hele e our NE Canada cruise was changed to a Bahamas cruise for 9 days. We made the best of the cruise and e joyed Grand Bahamas, Cococay private Island, and Nassau. Royal did give refunds based on Cabin categories for up to $500. All shore e versions precooked were refunded.

They did a lousy job of communication the diversion. They waited until we were onboard and the gangway was pulled and then made the announcement. We did not know there was an option to get off and reschedule until we found out by word-of-mouth and it was too late. DO NOT TRAVEL ROYAL.

A first and wonderful trip. Enjoyed every aspect of the cruise and returned relaxed and happy. Felt a little overwhelmed at the beginning when leaving the ship at our initial port, but staff and fellow travelers helped along on my first ever cruise. There was plenty of information provided on the TV, when I knew where to look.

Overall, great cruise and great value for the money. Would definitely cruise with NCL again.

Great ship, ours was a poorly organized cruise. If you want to sail with Hurtigruten, book it yourself (not through a tour agent), as they will not communicate with you if you have a travel agent. Book a suite (extras are absolutely worth the costs). Book a longer "adventure" cruise, do _not_ book one that has short stops at multiple ports. "Adventure Expeditions" are Hurtigruten's forte, and they really aren't ready to go outside that comfort zone.

Bottom line: do the hop on and hop offs to really see what interest you, and get off to visit.

Highlights were the extraordinarily great weather and ports. The ship, food, entertainment and service was disappointing in comparison to our Celebrity or Royal Carribean experiences so far. Not a fan of the freestyle dining. While convenient and casual is the plus.....it doesn't lend to creating relationships with other cruisers(if at the same tables each night) or our waiters.

Beautiful Ports, relaxing, safe, fun and just a great vacation!
