Review summary

They did a lousy job of communication the diversion. They waited until we were onboard and the gangway was pulled and then made the announcement. We did not know there was an option to get off and reschedule until we found out by word-of-mouth and it was too late. DO NOT TRAVEL ROYAL.

Food seem like it repeated and they gave us warmed up leftovers at times. Steaks and beef in Windjammer was so overdone it was black and not appetizing. Rolls were good.

Entertainment

The centrum entertainers were the same over-and-over. Several could not carry a tune and were terrible. The state shows were great and I am hopeful they do more of the live band musicians instead of canned music. Lounge entertainment not great

Public bathrooms had baked in dirt where floor meets walls.

It was ok. Shower was size of a small phone booth and curtain keep attacking person in shower.

Go sometime they are not entertaining all the guests from the nursing homes.

chaotic - multiple conflicting sources of information. Lounge told us to go and overhead was different.

I understand how such a radical change of itinerary can effect your outlook on your entire cruise vacation. However, we seniors very much like to cruise as well. Personally, I love the Vision and am looking forward to my December cruise.

Weather always wins. Where did you go for 9 nights? Had a friend that was to go on caribbean cruise last year and diverted to Canada and New England. Made the best of it.
