Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining rooms were very good, especially the pacific Grand. The specialty restaurants; Cagney's was as good as always. Has never disappointed. Oliver was great. It was a bit noisy on this ship. La Bistro was fabulous. Best dinner yet when cruising. The D'bouef was amazing. Joanna Marie was a great server. The buffet's on this trip were good, but not great. Not a lot of variety and dessert were just okay. French Toast was very good and muffins. Chicken Lasagna was wonderful. Hamburgers were great too. Found one buffet with crispy bacon :) Overall we were fed well.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We played shuffle board, went to the casino. Went to dance parties. Did not make it to fitness center or in the pool

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Stage shows were good. The magic show was a little dark for me. The acrobatics were great. the end show was good as well. Missed Blazing boots, thought it would be on two days :(. Musicians in the small venues were also very good. Love Yeah Bingo

Children's Programs

No kids with us

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward was Wonderful, Tekai sp? Love having treats left. Washy washy girl and coffee singers were great morning lift and welcoming. Not a lot of smiles and eye contact in casino, or our parts of the ship.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was a smaller one. Easy to get around and learn. Bathrooms were always clean! Handicap bathrooms are a pain to use with the door system. Casino and restaurant s and bars were a spotless.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This cabin seemed a little narrow, but was great. Perfect size for two lots of storage for clothes. Love closet light. Like the two sink bathrooms a little better, but very nice makeup mirror by TV. Balcony was nice size. Very nice room!

Ship tip

Check over schedules each day so you don't miss something. See plans before sailing of special dress nights. Book restaurants before you sail.

Had fun looking at the churches and shopping. People were very kind. Even found a craft fair at the local legion.

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

Beautiful island, would like to go back. Did ultimate Anne of Green Gables excursion. It was very nice. Saw a lot of the countryside. Very good tour guides and driver. Wish we could have been there a bit longer even overnight. Lots to see and do.

Corner Brook, Newfoundland

4 out of 5
Shuttled into town, looked around. Not much to do. Should have gone on an excursion, not in port very long.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
It went smooth, just long lines. Hardly any wait for a cab.
