Outstanding service on a Fabulous Cruise by cforepac

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Liberty of the Seas

Wonderful Mom and grown daughters trip. We had plenty of time to catch up, play games in card room, participate in Art Actions and all the shows. Team were exception for daughters food allergies.

Wonderful but cold cruise by DarleneMKisner

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Sky

The rooms were very small and didn't expect that after cruising other lines for years. This was first time on Norwegian and we enjoyed it. Weather prevented us from getting to PEI.

Average ship with nice cruise by spluscross

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Sky

Older ship and poor food did not help the experience but this part of the country is beautiful and should be experienced.

Any Cruise lie EXCEPT Princess by jlawr1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Emerald Princess

We'll never book another Princess Cruise. Eight other cruise lines we've been on were way superior.

Beautiful Canada by tapagliuca

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Emerald Princess

We are in our late 60's and a large majority of the passengers were considerably older, which is fine, but getting on and off busses and through lines took much longer. We took the stairs often as elevator waits were long. The leaves and scenery were amazing. Many ports are small and don't offer a lot of activities/restaurants/shopping other than through ship excursions. Princess Cruise Line is not a good fit for us.

Pleasant cruise overall by candefairmont

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Jewel of the Seas

Just double check with your travel agent to make sure that your dining time and seating is the same as others traveling in your same party. We were seated on a different floor at a different table than our traveling partners. It was obvious to the travel agent that we were traveling together since we asked for adjoining cabins. There should have been no question at all that we wanted the same dining time and place.

Frustrating by eohenry3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Norwegian Breakaway

We were very disappointed in many of the things we experienced on this cruise. We do give them credit for having hand scooped ice cream and a great pool and slide area. The kids loved the ropes course.

It was a very enjoyable relaxing cruise. My husband and I loved the adventures on this cruise. Enjoyed the excursions. Except for the one guide but they were very educational.

Repositioning cruise with great entertainment by pwalker164

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Volendam

This was a repositioning cruise so the ports changed a couple of times after we booked. We went to NYC instead of Boston, Eastport instead of Bar Harbor. It was cool to cruise past the Statue of Liberty. It is a small ship so we did get some noticeable movement when out of the coves. We really hoped to see more leaf color but it had not been cold enough yet. Loved Nova Scotia and look forward to returning.

This is our first time in princess cruises. I was impressed. Loved the game shows and entertainment. Wish the pools were warmer so we could enjoy them.

Interesting Boat Ride by yeddie51

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Vision of the Seas

After our itinerary being changed from north to south, a medical emergency going south and an unfortunate cruiser death heading back I would say it was an interesting and decent boat ride.

The leaves haven't yet changed much. Portland and Halifax were really great. I felt at home in Portland. by masterblaster78

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Vision of the Seas

As the 1st time going up to Canada, we had to get accumulated to the different ways things worked. After the Boston tour, we knew to buy tickets for the hop on and hop off. The train ride in Portland was a nice change of pace. Very entertaining and a good tour guide.

improvements needed onboard the ship by darkcloud1800

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple

itinerary excellent - main dining food preparation and seasoning needs some work - free drink stations need quality control or change of vendors due flavor of drinks and options - while turning cabins for next cruise make sure all room lightning, plugs, a/c, shower and sink is functioning correctly before boarding next cruisers
