We really enjoyed the cruise. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I can’t say enough nice things about our experience it was wonderful.

Miserable. Nothing that we were expecting and Cheap Cruises is great at taking money and then leaving you. While mid-cruise were experiencing so many challenges we called Cheap Cruises, a representative told us that we would have to wait until the trip was over and call back; that an advocate from Cheap Cruises could help us work with the cruise line to recoup some type of compensation. When we got home and called Cheap Cruises, Linda who's worked for Cheap Cruises for 8 years informed us that they don't have our money and can't help at all. All.they do is book. (Zero Customer Support) This was a nightmare for our family. We felt unsafe, ignored, and stolen from. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE CHEAP CRUISES OR CRUISE ON ROYAL CARIBBEAN.

The boat was great. The staff were excellent. Royal Carribian as a company puts profits over everything. Got 2/3 of our destinations wiped off our itinerary with returned port fees as the only act of compensation.

I was very disappointed with this cruise. I have cruised on Royal Caribbean before and was pleased.

wish you offered different itineraries, not just the same 4. please consider coming back to Norfolk, Va.

Wish they had more things on TV .I enjoy having TV on before I go to sleep

Go on this cruise /ship to have old fashioned fun, the way cruising used to be. Fun activities, great food and service.

Always sail NCL. It's easy, very casual and laid back. Freestyle dining is the way to go.

Vision of the Sea is a fun ship to travel on. It left and returned to port on schedule. The ride to Bermuda was a little "rock & rolling" because of weather. Had a good time with friends!

This was a very 1st cruise, and we would definitely book another. Great experience

The cruise was an awesome experience, however, the one thing that needs to be changed in my opinion is the alcohol packages. Everyone 21 and over in the same statement under the same booking number must purchase a package, you cannot just purchase packages for those who want them, everyone 21 and older will have to purchase a package. I do not drink ANY alcoholic beverages but my husband does, I should not be required to purchase an alcohol package because my husband who drinks purchases one. I do not drink and its a waste of money.

Royal Caribbean is no longer enforcing any rules! Smoking takes place throughout the ship. Any type of attire is allowed in the MDR, which totally takes away from the Royal experience of dinning! The casino is cramped, and with the amount of scooters on board, a day doesn't go by without people running into you with their scooters or blocking aisles. Fortunately, the service by the crew was excellent, as was the food. However late night room service was absolutely terrible.

We had a great time and booked our next cruise prior to leaving the ship.

We will probably not book another MSC cruise because of the disappointing food service and quality

An older ship with not a whole lot of amenities or activities to a port that does not have a lot to do.

The cruise was amazing. The Royal experience always keeps me coming back for more. The port of Bermuda was great. Would definitely go back again.

The crew is my family - they remember me, what I eat, and what I drink.
