Great cruise! We will definitely be going back to Alaska and cruising again. Money well spent.

The cruise was a 9.5 and I would do it again. Alaska is a magical enchanting place. Princess needs to work on their communication when there is a change in an excursion or a problem. I went to guest services about the luggage issue. They were not help on the boat. The shore excursion staff on the ship were dismissive until I proved that they lumped us in the wrong group. What i learned is that I will need to follow up on anything if it goes wrong.

Just a perfect cruise! The ship was spotless, the staff was available and outstanding! The tours were fun! The steward who took care of us was just lovely! He went above and beyond to make us comfortable! He deserves a raise for sure( room M106)! Everything just went so smoothly! Marcus, Shelby Ling and Futura added so much fun and entertainment! We also loved the morning show on the tv to see behind the scenes! Thank you! Great value and a fun vacation!

Cruise had issues before we even left lost a port due to ships engine problem. Medallion didn’t ever work completely. Internet was spotty at best. Dinning room boat engine was so loud u couldn’t enjoy. Our deck smelled like dead animals

This was our first cruise and we are very disappointed. Princess said the ship was under maintenance and cut all of our port time down and eliminated Ketchikan. The weather is not their fault but it was rainy and gray most of the trip and we had severe seas where probably half the ship and crew got sick. Thankfully I had brought Dramamine but wanted to buy more and they had run out. This was a very disappointing and expensive trip

Not a good itinerary in my opinion. Not enough variety on the ship for as much time as you're on it.

Very friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Food ok. Much older crowd on board and even though we are 70, we did not find enough to do especially since it rained every day so could not be outside. Loved that they brought Rangers on board to narrate about Glacier Bay. L

I feel enjoy and relaxing, somehow I feel useless because nothing to do much. I don't drink or gamble, so just eat and wandering around the ship, that make me bore sometimes.

Customer service was very good. Not impressed with the itinerary or food.

We didn't get to see the Dawes glacier. There wasn't enough time at ports to experience much, especially Victoria. Won't cruise again.

This is not a warm weather cruise, you will not be laying out in the sun enjoying the pool, rock climbing walls or miniature gold. This is a cruise geared toward relaxation and viewing beautiful scenery and wildlife.

The Ovation is an amazing ship but may be too large and overwhelming for some. It is beautiful with many upscale amenities. The Diamond Room has a wonderful concierge.it is the kind of a ship that can totally occupy and entertain kids of any age. The Seaplex sports complex takes care of that.lk

Took the small boat excursion in Tracy Arm - expensive, and the cruise ship went most of the way up the fjord - further than my prior experience on Princess - would not do again. I would like to try the Glacier bay itinerary if I were to do another Alaskan cruise. Sitka was enjoyable - Raptors, Bears, and Barnacle excursion was good. Weather was not very good in Juneau & Ketchikan. We previously took a similar cruise in May, and the weather was better - but that could just be the luck of the draw. We did get a break from the summer heat in Las Vegas, so that was one objective achieved.

Overall Alaska is phenomenal. The scenery is breathtaking. Carnival was great as usual. Really the only way to see Alaska.

The scenery can only be appreciated in person. Pictures do not do it justice.

Very fun and enjoyable cruise. The malfunctioning application and difficulty reserving activities were very frustrating. Everything else was generally great. Wish that you could chose to wait in line with the reservations acting more as "fast passes" -- so that you could participate in more activities and more often.

My husband has always wanted to go to Alaska what an experience

Overall it was great!!! I would get rid or Sitka and spend more time on British Columbia
